    When staff are hired on merit and have skills they can work on new projects.
    They know how to study.
    They can learn new tasks without constant in person supervision and support.
    They can work with the new information they have been given to study.
    The project is worked on diligently by an educated worker.
    The results are as good as if the well educated worker was made to travel to and from an office building.
    Find great staff and they can work well in the office, in any other office, a new office created from a spare room.
    Its in the IQ and quality of person selected to work. Not the location they work from. Great workers don't need a lot of constant supervision.

    This stops what once was an easy smuggling ability. A person who is trusted and in constant contact could transport contraband during an in person visit.
    The modern digital talk removes that in person contact and stops a traditional way of moving a lot of contraband.
    Contraband then has to be moved in by staff. A method that is more of a risk and a loss of profit.

    Diversity: Lots of illegal immigrants.
    Societal and environmental well-being: Reporting of EU users to their nations police when they use the internet in the wrong political way.
    Accountability: The resulting police interviews after an AI reports a user to the gov.
    Trustworthy: No using an EU funded AI project to support any nation's attempt to exit the EU.
    Consultancy: More tax payers money.

    Your only telco in town can't offer 1000/1000 services?
    Ask them for a 1000/100 service.
    When they say no ask them again for 1000/1000 service for the town.
    Plan for community broadband.
    Ask for 1000/1000 around the town again.
    Wait for the NN telco to say no. That wireline is going to stay. That is the NN approved network is the network they have to offer as a monopoly telco.
    Tell the city your granted telco monopoly no longer deserves any monopoly protection as they are doing nothing of value with the monopoly.
    Get community broadband working.
    Connect the community at 1000/1000 when they request that type of connection.

    The way to make them all get "part" of the service equally is to lower the speed.

    The UK tried that with computer spending during the 1980's. Code and math for all. New computers.
    The UK did not become a super computer nation. Everyone imported much better quality and much more advanced US products, OS, GUI and software.
    The US had the software, games and productivity applications people all over the UK actually wanted to use and needed.
    Lots of new money and new computers did not work to add skills in the 1980s over an entire generation.
    Now the US wants to take more money and expects everyone to code?
    Skills and the ability to learn cant be educated by using a CoC, more math and more code. People have to have the needed skills to learn and to understand math and code work.
    Give people the freedom to a become a vet, a carpenter, a plumber, to get into architecture, run a farm, work on a farm, do sports, become a teacher, nurse.
    Ensure they have the money and support for their education and any vocational education they want.
    Math and code, GUI robots and a CoC will just take money away from the actual education people want, have the skills for and can use.

    Wait for the generations of spy reports back.
    Dont have them use any modern communication network. A holiday in anther safe nation is a good time for a full report in person.
    Return to work and keep talking to colleagues about advances in US satellite use and who is bidding for what projects.

    AC the customer is the ad company? The person who is publishing material that makes social media what it is?
    Social media becomes the owner of all content and the ad company fills what role?
    Is the social media company the owner and publisher of the users comments, video clips,links, reviews, images?
    With all the legal ownership of such publication?
    Is the social media brand just a utility allowing people to connect their own work with other interested people?
    That removes any legal risk of been a publisher :) and that legal risk reverts back to the user who put up their comments, links, reviews.
    Many different US states and cities have had to look at that freedom of speech in a private setting over generations AC.
    What happens when everything is done on private property? A private building in a city with total access to the public? A mall?
    Can a person lose all freedom of speech in private given the total freedom and amount of access to the public?
    Can they stand in a open space in a private building, a mall that is open to everyone and talk about politics/faith?
    That issues has swayed between total protected freedom of speech to having no freedom of speech.
    Freedom of speech does not become not protected due to the politics of a business.
    Once a social media product starts allowing gov and local gov on and people can comment on their gov?

    Desktop computers for education was to narrow the IQ and math gap.
    Still got students who can't and won't learn to code?
    More time with a computer? A laptop to code with. Access to a computer was what was missing.
    Nothing altered to generations of test results?
    A tablet computer with a GUI for education. Thats will narrow the education gap for well below average people.
    IQ not going well? No change in results after decades of computers and code?
    A GUI robot kit with more GUI and less math. It was the difficult math that was holding back generations.
    Is the math wrong in some way? A new code of conduct to ensure the math used is always correct.
    Still not testing to expected national levels?
    Make the GUI and code part of education. Years of extra code more often has to be the method for great results.
    The laptop failed to educate as it did not have a good GUI and the education software needed.
    How much tax payers and charity money has got used over decades to try and educate people who cant learn?
    IQ cant be educated. People who wont and cant learn don't suddenly become math aware with more and more math, GUI, robots, software, a code CoC.

    Think about what people want to be. An artist, a musician, a vet, a carpenter, a plumber, to get into architecture, run a farm, work on a farm, do sports, become a teacher, nurse, astronomer.
    People with skills with find their own way to math and code. Taking the advanced math and computer work when needed.
    They will have the ability to learn and recall math they learn.
    Sort on merit and help people who can study who need a full scholarship.
    Move the money to the few percent in every generation who are really smart and who will advance their nation and the company they work for.
    The rest of the population will slowly get educated into the bespoke and industrial computer/math they will need every day.
    People need to understand time management and keep to appointments. Not to be able to learn to code the device/machine/computer they have to use everyday.
    That should all be done by the experts who designed the device/machine/computer so the worker/technician/doctor/artist can get on with their productive for profit work.
    Not learn to code at work on a device/machine/computer that is waiting for the next paying project/person.

    Use a nations wealth and education to focus on people who will create new math, new code.
    Not average people who cannot take in the complex math and who will never recall the math needed.
    Stop redistributing wealth and charity downwards to people who cant and wont study.
    Test people many times and see who can do math, who can code.
    Advance the very best into the best math and computer education a nation can offer.
    Ensure the average and well below average students get access to great vocational education and the type of courses they will do well in.
    That allows people to find the work they want and for the very best in every generation to have access to money for the best new tech.
    Everyone has the freedom to find their own role and what makes them happy. That might not need a lot of money used code and math.
    That money could be used on real things they actually need to learn about their selected education.
    Not a room full of new robot kits, math software and a CoC that used all their money for that year.

    AC "the internet" is becoming a utility. With that protection as a utility comes more of the gov protection for freedom of speech.
    Its the users who are commenting, publishing, linking, creating new content. The users are doing the publishing, not the social media brands.
    Once the social media brands start to become a political gatekeeper for other peoples published comments the social media brand becomes the "publisher" of the users comments.

    No getting the UBI outside of the nation.
    That would reduce costs to the working tax payers of a nation and let people with no ability to work have the UBI security they need.

    East Germany would have wanted to know why a person was not working and why they rejected work.
    What they where doing all day and why they had felt they had the freedom not to work.
    The gov would show extra interest in that person, their friends and everyone connected to that person.
    They would have to accept work offered.
    The person would be working.
    Not accepting what East German offered would have not been accepted by the gov.

    How many people will an ISP have to pay to report network conditions to big gov?
    Thats a new service so your ISP can report on the existing network conditions to big gov.
    Gov approved ISP teasing big gov just how slow your service is year after year. But the network is always NN in its slowness for all users.
    No gated community is sneaking in network speed by paying more. No gentrification and getting in a great new ISP.

    No community broadband as only a few selected and regulated ISP can prove to big gov they are full NN ready.

    3. Select the best skilled and most talented who can work well under interview conditions.
    4. When putting groups together to "play", "create", "compose", "write" music and lyrics make sure they have such skills.
    5. Have them write lyrics and compose new music.
    6. Create the needed music video, interviews, translations, cover art.
    7. Look into vinyl sales and other emerging physical release media. Create amazing art for that. Digital release and images.
    8. Sell creativity to the world.
