The Ipad just got a lot more business friendly with the work of Google Docs and their acquisition of Quickoffice. i have to say, I would have considered buying a Windows tablet before, but with the Quickoffice app, I have most of what I need on the Ipad.

You could lose 5 of twenty servers all at the same time and if you still have the allocated resources abvailable the pplication maintains its availability.
In general, i agree with you that outsourcing to a cloud is what people want cloud computing for, for transfer of risk.
