At least present yourself with some supporting points why you think this. Do you find the overall GUI to be feminine? Is it too fashionable and works too well with the fashionable iPod? What is it?

On another note, I think this is going to be great for Apple and iPod owners everywhere.
And lastly, some interesting facts about the Beatles:
Listen "dude," what sort of lack of maturity is this that you have to resort to vulgarity to express yourself. I want everyone to take note of this: if you can't control yourself, you can't control anything else.
Now, Mr. Anonymous Coward, the system requirements state:

Check it out at the link, k? It is for VISTA ONLY. Don't think about arguing here. I don't care if you can crack it or not. It is for VISTA ONLY. Capiche? I could care less what you can modify it for or what you can do to it. Do you see anything else listed there as an operating system? No. There for it was released for VISTA ONLY. There, thats three times. Hopefully it has registered with you, that it is VISTA ONLY.
Check out the link below, if you don't believe me.
Ok, lets repeat this one last time: Halo is for Vista Only. Just because you can crack it does not mean that it was meant for XP or anything else. Do people go around saying that Mac OS X is only for Mac computers: YES! Yes they do. And yet, we know of hacks that allow Mac OS X to run on Intel chips (and I don't mean "FlyAKite," I am talking about the actual Mac OS X. So, with that, just because you can crack something doesn't make it not only Vista. Taking that software (game) as it is, it was released for Vista only. Case closed.
And stoolpigeon, thanks, I appreciate it. I get carried away sometimes. I will keep your words in my mind when writing posts from now on. Thanks.
And yes, the link is working now, but it was down moments after the post, to all those that were concerned about this. Actually, their whole website was down. : (

I agree that XP will last a year or two, but the gamers are going to sniff out the problems: such as Halo II being able to be run only on Vista...and as reports have told, Vista plays the same games slower. Vista plays the same games but more slowly. Thus, I am sure that the gamers thinking ahead are already wondering where to move to from here.

It truly does affect your decision if I buy an iPod. I contribute to the 70+ percent of MP# market share of people who do own iPods. YOU may be of the other types of people who are not swayed by popular demand or hype, but most people, I would argue, are. And why would something sell so well? People will assume (if it does or if it actually doesn't) that it does well in what it does. There can't be THAT MANY IDIOTS buying those things. It MUST have done SOMETHING RIGHT! And so, they will be influenced by this and buy the product, only aiding in further increase in market share. You can see how this grows from here. It is is simply science stuff.

No, you are correct here. And I personally enjoy knowing that should I have any problems, Apple is the only one that I have to go to for the fix. That puts me at ease and comfort.
And to the gentleman before your post, claiming Apple to not be a "convicted monopolist," you make it it sound like Microsoft is a "convicted monopolist." Microsoft is a monopoly and actually, thats fine. Being and having a monopoly is not the problem. The PROBLEM lies with how you use your power. If you bundle IE and the foundation and make everyone use it (when it is sold separately for other OSs) and your intention is to crush any competition, and you make deals with hardware computer manufacturers to only carry all or nothing of software packages with your company, that IS the PROBLEM. So, being a "convicted monopolist" is not an issue here. Your post is irrelevant.
Agreed. It is kind of like Apple and the iPod; no one has to buy an iPod, but wouldn't you say there is some "favoritisms," if you could even call it that, with the iPod and the software? You MUST run iTunes, and should you use anything else or change the firmware, it voids your warranty. Thus, you must kowtow to Apple and accept their belief of what they think is best for you. Some people need to be told, other's want to choose for themselves. The most we should be able to do is educate other's so that they can make the right decisions for themselves.
I have an image in my head of the stereotypical people who pass around guitars and sell them with cocaine hidden within the instruments. I wonder if the gov will start cracking down on them like they do with drug dealers...
So, should something like this really happen, we can easily claim that "the creator" of this universe could care less how we pollute the world, since this would inevitably have happened, as it has in the past. lol.
I honestly think that we are moving away from CDs and DVDs in general, and all the effort here was wasted. Apple sees the future and has pushed it. They got rid of technology and invented new ones time and time again. And because they get to create the hype, people jump on the wagon and go with it...software, movies, games, they are all moving forward to wireless stores online. I am sorry that these companies had to spend so much money on technology that will only last another 5 to 10 years. These are my predictions, at least.
Does this remind anyone of China a little bit? It is somewhat different, but overall, blocking blogs and websites? Whats next? Making it illegal to discuss the things on these blogs too? What about our firs amendment? What about our freedom? The freedom of the troops? Did they sign anywhere that they would waive their rights? Did we?
The reason they have so many fixes (that work, mind you) is because Apple constantly researches their software and tries to find exploits and problems. They try to balance getting the software out in a reasonable amount of time and taking care of problems. However, Microsofts latest trend has been to just release software early (and that, they can't even do since they kept postponing the date) but with many many bugs...
And I wasn't "bitching." I am clearly explaining that it simply does not make sense and it baffles me why they wouldn't be able to produce better products. Thats all. You don't have to be so rude.
With all the frustrations and time and money and energy it takes to maintain an XP machine, I think it is more expensive, especially in the long run. Just operating systems on their own, XP costs at least 200 dollars. OSX costs the same for everyone (with the exceptions of students) at a simple low price that is less then $130 (actual price is $129). So, with that, Apple makes it easy to use your Mac and make the best use of your time. And it constantly supports the system. Microsoft has pretty much given up on advancing XP, but that will change soon when everyone migrates back soon...
Create 2.4 Million jobs? I really really doubt this...How many times have we seen hyperboles such as this which ended up, when actually researched, to be grossly overstated. I know it is trying make a statment, but I would believe perhaps a million jobs. Anyone feel that way?
The situation is simple, in real life, there are crazy people that harass each other. I am sure that there are young boys who behave the same way that the neighbor did, but the difference is they don't pretend to be...they are little jerks. But how you handle life is your ultimate choice. He did not come over and kill her or supply her with physical goods to kill herself with. The parents are responsible for the death for not keeping an eye out for her.
Please don't get me wrong, I don't condone what the neighbor did, but I don't feel that it is a crime. It is a tort (regardless of law), however, and the family should sue for emotional distress.
Agreed. XP does everything you need it to do...lets be honest, we all use Linux to develope software, Mac OS X for productivity, and then XP for solitare. lol. In my opinion, Vista doesn't really do anything new that is "so" essential to the average PC user which XP cannot also do...sad.
Poor Microsoft...why can't they seem to get things right from the beginning? With all that money and power, they should be able to develope higher quality software. It just doesn't make sense why they wouldn't or can't.
Still interesting...especially for those who haven't seen any of the Ocean's movies...
