why do you have to retaliate on a fellow belgian? And why are you so quick in thinking your english is better then mine and your dutch is better then mine Big ego maybe???? Or are you a writer or editor of some sort in that case i would understand.
but please my english has been tested and i've always scored very high in school at it without doing a fuck Heck i didn't even had books in the last 2 years of highschool but i graduated without ever had to redo a year. so STFU !!! and FYI my french and italian are probably a lot better then yours.
not everybody speaks english at home so yes we make syntax and grammatical errors. but FYI my english is much better then your dutch probably. so please stop bitching and contribute something usefull to this thread.
why not slackware? it's the oldest distro still alive And it does things the 'Unix' way so trying freebsd isn't overly complex:D I really hate the/etc/rc[0-6].d init scripts those really make it too overly complex FYI i'm using slackware-current and freebsd on my box
It now looks as though the Milky Way is the biggest galaxy in the local Universe, bigger even than Andromeda. It was thought until just a few months ago that it was the other way around
I don't understand this term calledlocal universe, is it our observable universe or something else? Because that would mean IIRC we are part of the biggest galaxy known to man???
now that the megapixel buzzword can be put to rest. From the article: 'In compact cameras, I think that the megapixel race is pretty much over,' says Chuck Westfall,
why would someone overuse a vaccin overusing a vaccin will not increase their effect nor will it make the poultry or cattle healthier or juicier. ...a vaccin is to be taken once
you take vaccins which contain death or weakened viruses so your immunesystem has the time to adapt itself and produce proper anti bodies once the anti bodies are created they will be in your body untill the day you die and you will be immune against the virus
obviously you don't know how a vaccin nor antibiotics work!
On the issue of security on dial-up vs. security on high-speed internet access i can't precupicate but i do know that pc newbies do tend to be hitted more by spy/ad-ware and or viruses simply due to the fact that their net behaviour changes
instead of using kazaa to do some carefull searches reading (meta data) tags, comments,... clicking one song they now click all the songs after only one fluky search and you know why?
Because they can ! they now have either no download limit or a limit that's usually >= 10 gigs. and even a capped high speed line is usually faster then a dial up line. i for one get 256 kb/s up and 160 kb/s down when they cap me after some extensivly leeching
the french will understand audio
yeah right!, they will probably dub all of it in french like on their tv channels
seriously i'm european and why do you want to do this
they seriously have to come up with far better features to defeat the most used
search engine today: google
and even then i still don't see the point of investing money in this, it's not like
google is charging money for searches or is decreasing the results for europeans (GPS)
Never say never; just look at futurama.
on the extras on the dvd joss is kinda pointing out that his dream would
be to make a full lenght tv series out of it if fox hadn't cancelled the show
if IIRC U(V) and I(A)
are linear connnected to each other so connecting thousands of this trees
I'm not stating they aren't simply making a battery of this. Which still fiddles my
mind..., a lot of questions arise. I wonder if a tree is a true electrolyte.
Because most electrolyt's i've known are liquid!, H2S04, HCL, NACL+H2O, or any other
salt in water for all i care.
but to get to the point connecting thousands of these trees which will generate
this is an example, 10.000 of Volts and 0.001 mA would still let us downscale the voltage
a 1000 times for explanatory purposes and say it's 100 % perfect. -->
it would boost the I, dont know how the fuck you call I(A) but in our language it is rougly translated as the strenght of the current, that besides; it would in the equation that follows boost this signal 1000 times making 1 A!.
if IIRC R=U/I, P(wattage)=U.I,... I'm truely no more sure about this, but i do recall the fact that U and I had a linear relationship: if U went down I went up,...
Although i do not consider myself a programmer (yet)
I used to fiddle around in the win 3.x area when i was (6-10) with qbasic copy-pasting
those speaker sounds and alternating things in that and later alternating gorillas.bas I remember those days took me a lot of time to get brother jackob, frère jacques, broeder jacob to play on my pc speaker because we in belgium use the do-re-mi music scale instead of the C,D,...
But that's beside the point i'm just pointing out although i had extensive experience when i was young with basic i left it on the kitchentable when win95/98 came out and truthfully i lost a lot of skill. Tried VB when i was 14 made some stupid programs to measure mathematical things of cubes, triangles,...
But the most fun and the biggest learning experience i had was when i tangled around with source: most things i learned was with gorillas.bas or the simple 2 player shoot game(vb)
Now i'm actively making a lot of shell scripts and i'm very happy with that.
The reason imho that i'm happy with it is probably because in a sense its programming and... it's constantly in my head i use that shell daily, it doesn't see the kitchen at all so to speak.
I want to program, you want to program but it takes time, effort and u can't let it stand on the table! for that and other reasons i think the best way is to: start shell scripting and then evolve to python and later c/c++ i'm trying python and i'm very happy with it but it's my next on my very big todo-list there still are some things i need to learn in bash
A huge advantage bash, any scripting language, python, basic have in common is that it can/must (be) interpreted so u don't have to compile and wait!
it's almost instant trial and error and that helps the beginning programming experience as you can tangle with source and see the results very rapidly
Or, as the following modern Zen poem has it:
To follow the path:
look to the master,
follow the master,
walk with the master,
see through the master,
become the master.
i got this from this site which is probably an interesting read for you http://www.catb.org/~esr/faqs/hacker-howto.html
Anyway good luck
Anyway i have a logitech g5 laser mouse and it has exact the same features
adjustable weight (cartridge) that looks way cooler then the creative's ??? whats that...
it seems like they made it from an old trackball
I also have a lot of buttons and sensitivity control (dpi thing which imho is the handiest feature of them all)
and my scroll wheel goes:
scroll up, scroll down, scrolbutton, scrollstrafeleft, scrollstraferight (although i haven't find a good use of the last 2 in gnu/linux)
Anyway i saw that advertisement and the mouse looked dirty, like it had been sitting on a dust polluted table for years But i'm very happy with my g5. It beats my M$ Intellimouse explorer by miles!

i thoughed this couldn't be done properly because conditional statements are not supported by gfx cards
because they lack branch prediction skillz
i read it somewhere dont remember where so i dont know if this info is valid

Isn't bufotoxin a hallucinogen.
Isn't this the toad that makes you trip upon licking it
isn't that a beretta and not a glock?
i don't know for sure but i do think it is
I wonder why they just dont make a native port?
but will it run gnu/linux or *BSD??? or OpenSolaris??????
I always thoughed flame wars were started to make up for something small ... like big cars
offcorse they are losing interests in gaming
they are 2 busy to have unprotected sex now that a new effective aids medicine has been discovered
Mmm wonder if it would be possibly to perform second life federal racketeering
can someone please shed light on this phrase

whats so giant
about this pecimen
the french would obviously eat them for breakfast
hell i would eat a +40 kg squid, did u ever ate greek calamares; those would be
awesome with these big squids

that really cracks me up, LOL
