The Trillian Pro 2.0 beta already supports MSN6. Shouldn't be an issue for those of us who pair for Pro. Hopefully they'll implement it into the free version for the rest of you.
Hey, I have to say, I'm impressed with some of the ads I'm seeing on Slashdot now. Check out this one:

A CD-ROM is *write-only*
Write only media.. what a great idea!
For when you don't want anyone to see your top secret documents, burn them to write only media!
I know you're trolling, but that error has nothing to do with the OS. You can set the maximum number of DB connections in mySQL, and if that's exceeded, you get that error. So, nothing's broken, it's doing what it was told to.
Yes, but software features are the main difference between brands of routers. Most of them have very similar hardware, and it's the configuration software that makes one better than the other, more often than not, especially to the average consumer. Give away the software for things like their web frontend, and all the features it offers, and they lose their uniqueness.
Lots of people are complaining that this is too late, and that they should have released a linux client with the box, and so on, and so forth..
But the fact is, the game wasn't done when it came out. You can hardly blame them for not having a linux client ready when nothing else was, either. It was very obviously pushed out the door incomplete.
For instance, the HUGE faction bug was just fixed, last week. I bought the game the day it came out, and have barely played it due to this bug. Now that it's fixed (along with a host of other problems, and new content, like rats, that should have been in there from the beginning) the game is where it should have been when it was released.
I'm not blaming the developers, of course, as that's the state of the industry. Games are pushed out before they're ready all the time. This is just another instance of that, and it's admirable that they're still working hard on a Linux client that they will probably see very few sales as a result of (most people who are going to play it on Linux probably already own it).
You don't seem to get the point that people are pushing at you, so I'll stab it:
The campaign that ships with Neverwinter Nights isn't very good. Not by BG standards, definitly. But that's not what makes NWN good.. The wealth of user made mods, and the excellent editor, along with the DM Client, are what make it an amazing game.
You're right and he's an idiot, but just to nitpick a bit, MS does in fact release security patches and other updates for the 2003 Server beta.
I'm running RC2 on a couple of boxes and as far as I can tell it's mostly the same patches that come out for 2k/xp, but they do release them specific to 2003 Server.
Not that he's running that. But like I said, just to nitpick.
I had something similar happen once when I left the anonymous FTP access turned on in IIS's FTP server (actually I may have been using a 3rd party FTP server at the time, I don't recall).
They create directories that Windows chokes on deleting or renaming - I never really investigated why, there's some blank spaces in the filenames, perhaps low ascii characters - and dump a bunch of files in there. I still have the directories on my drive, I just deleted the files inside them and didn't worry about it.
Most likely this is some kid who set up a 2k server and turned on "all the features" which would include IIS ftp with anonymous access enabled. DEFINITLY user error.
While for normal TV viewing you're right, I personally rarely watch television and more often use my TV for movies - in most cases anamorphic 16:9 widescreen movies. In my case (and I'm sure there's others like me) widescreen is absolutely the superior choice.
While you're more correct than the parent poster, I feel I should raise the point that "most people" don't have > 4GB of ram, don't encrypt their emails, don't use Photoshop, etc. In the high-end desktop and of course server markets, 64-bit obviously makes a difference. But "most people" aren't in that market.

Dude, xvid.com, while it may be a domain squatter, links to Koepi's and other builds. Not very hard.
For the record, Trillian Pro 2.0 Beta is sweet. Worth paying for.
I was hoping for some information on Pirate Anime, not pirated anime.
Arr, matey!

It's only a discussion if someone actually replies to it, and no one has. Er, shit. Nevermind.
Unfortunitly, your post is not readable by humans.
It's worth it for them.. 3% * 1 million downloads = a whole hell of a lot less bandwidth.
Check froogle for WD360GD.. I see one for 149.94 + $7 S+H.

Except that when the original PSX first came out, changing that CDROM to a CDRW would have upped te price a couple hundred..

SCO has a press release about this on thier site, mostly the same info in the article, but worth a read to see their "spin" on it.
SCO Establishes SCOsource to License Unix Intellectual Property
According to the site, they're wind powered.
Sure, they can sign an NDA, but then anything they develop related to that material can't be released in source form. Kinda defeats the purpose.
I'd be willing to host it, email me.
have you played the game?
when's the last time you taught your tamagachi to terrorize a village?
