    Here in Australia Hyundai sold more sets* of Mag wheels than ABS kits. Both are the same price and both options on the Getz. More people bought flash wheels than a basic brake upgrade.

    * As admitted by the local car dealer I do some work for.

    How do you keep all the discs upright, you don't. Disc orientation is irrelevant, whereas in Scarabble it's critical. Words with upside down and slanted letters would inhibit the fun of the game. No making italic words isn't worth extra points! ;-)

    For many years I have been running Linux without any antivirus and my computer has never been compromised.

    They didn't seem sluggish, they are sluggish. Click, wait, wait, wait, program opens. I understand that I was running an unfinished product but this effect was for their entire program suite.

    I've been using KDE for a while now but a quick try-out of 4.0 made me install XFCE and Gnome again. I am now happy in GTK-land with GDM loading xfwm4 and nautilus.

    Sorry but my DE should not take that much power, Vista is a mistake, why follow them down that road?

    I think it's explained if you say the date out loud. Most English speakers used to say "March the 3rd, 2008" and I am guessing this is how USians started to write their numeric dates. Why they persist with is beyond me though. ;-)
