My guess is that its both of your ability to understand exactly what 4th Century means. TFA mentions nothing about it being BCE. The second link in the submission says it was made 1600 years ago, which jives with what the AP article says. I'm guessing the submitter made the mistake, being as editors don't edit.

I, for one, would greatly like to see a bible written 400 BCE. Somehow, I don't think that's going to happen.

Piracy. You can boot linux on the PS3, but the kernel will not get full hardware access. Allowing users to fall back to old firmware/OSes would probably lead to some people running legit to play online, then having a fallback disk image or whatever to play cracked ROMs. Not that linux relates to that ability; I really don't know.

Bullshit. Dems deserve blame because they have squandered congressional majorities, and went along with the bullshit (PATRIOT Act for one) the Reps brought to the table. Crying 'Poor us!' then passing totalitarian legislation anyway isn't an excuse from blame, its just being a group of pussies.

Well sure, if you buy it in a corner shop. Its no wonder there's an abundance of mini-marts and such in metropolitan areas. The prices are ridiculous, and people will pay it. Its just like at an amusement park or stadium; $7 beers, $4 soda, $3 water. That's supply and demand for ya.

I've overpaid for water a few times, but my lifetime average price for water is no more than $0.60/Liter. Also, my experience with residential tap water is limited. Seattle/Tacoma - Pretty good. Tampa/St. Pete - pretty much terrible. I currently live north of Knoxville, and have stayed away from the tap.
