    This would get the sender the ip address of the machine that the recipient is checking the email on.
    Which may or may not be a machine that can be directly linked to the right person.

    you do realize you can kill kde while you're compiling something big when you're in a rush right?

    The whole point is that KDE or any of the other more involved desktop environments is doing more things for you than twm and will obviously take up more resources.

    exactly.

    i just switched up to the v60. one of the few
    things anyone reviewing it had was 'no games' and
    'no downloadable ring tones'.

    which is funny, since those are plusses for me.

    just takes practice. people that do it constantly
    build up speed quickly. same as with anything.

    plus predictive input is supposedly coming along, which helps too.
    admittedly, a spell checker would help a lot of folks.

    look carefully at the next subway token or any
    other sort of token you get. The mistake is very
    easy to make. It happened to me the first time i saw one.

    i dunno, i like silver dollars a lot. I don't
    think they're too much trouble to carry around.

    whoever heard of a 'gold dollar' though.
    those things are terrible. I lent a buddy of
    mine a couple bucks a few weeks back, and he
    tried to pay me back in gold dollars.
    I wouldn't take the damn things.

    I've only gotten stuck with them a few times, but
    whenever i would try and spend them people would
    recoil in horror and start to pull their hand back.
    I figure I'll just use any other ones i come across to pay tolls.
    Those bastards have it coming.

    The real problem is much more than most people can't
    drive at all well. And trying to talk on the phone
    makes things go from bad to worse.

    I drive just fine tho, I find that I lose track of
    the phone conversation if anything, not have trouble driving.

    mostly because it isn't a racing game tho :0

    a few of the missions are races within the city though.

    alright here's my little anecdote about well
    commented code.

    We grabbed some free code for a little utility
    to help with a project at work, with the aim of
    pulling out a bunch of the relevant functions and
    changing them around a bit. And when i looked at
    the code, all the comments were in german :)

    It may well have been amazingly well commented in german, but it didn't help us any.

    yeah, it definitely gets new people up to speed
    pretty well, so you have some idea what's going on.

    Also the 3rd season is debatably the most interesting, so new people shouldn't feel tooo bad
    about jumping in there

    i've already grabbed them off irc since i don't
    have cable right now. but should be good for fans
    of the show (in america) who don't go that route.
    I haven't watched 3x22 yet, but the other 3 new
    ones are pretty good.
