This would get the sender the ip address of the machine that the recipient is checking the email on. Which may or may not be a machine that can be directly linked to the right person.
you do realize you can kill kde while you're compiling something big when you're in a rush right?
The whole point is that KDE or any of the other more involved desktop environments is doing more things for you than twm and will obviously take up more resources.
look carefully at the next subway token or any other sort of token you get. The mistake is very easy to make. It happened to me the first time i saw one.
i dunno, i like silver dollars a lot. I don't think they're too much trouble to carry around.
whoever heard of a 'gold dollar' though. those things are terrible. I lent a buddy of mine a couple bucks a few weeks back, and he tried to pay me back in gold dollars. I wouldn't take the damn things.
I've only gotten stuck with them a few times, but whenever i would try and spend them people would recoil in horror and start to pull their hand back. I figure I'll just use any other ones i come across to pay tolls. Those bastards have it coming.

alright here's my little anecdote about well commented code.
We grabbed some free code for a little utility to help with a project at work, with the aim of pulling out a bunch of the relevant functions and changing them around a bit. And when i looked at the code, all the comments were in german:)
It may well have been amazingly well commented in german, but it didn't help us any.
i've already grabbed them off irc since i don't have cable right now. but should be good for fans of the show (in america) who don't go that route. I haven't watched 3x22 yet, but the other 3 new ones are pretty good.
Yes, but if you lose your job for "no reason" you should be able to go on the dole.
I don't think it works that way for the H1-B
nope coke is better.
this is one of the best that i've seen in years

number portability is only in the top 100 MSAs right now (some exceptions).
the date for everywhere is may 24th.

the 7135 can do wireless sync.
yeah, slashdot sucks. they never covered that.
oh wait, they did. twice.
here
and

you got hosed, i just scored one for 2 and a quarter or so.
exactly.
i just switched up to the v60. one of the few
things anyone reviewing it had was 'no games' and
'no downloadable ring tones'.
which is funny, since those are plusses for me.
just takes practice. people that do it constantly
build up speed quickly. same as with anything.
plus predictive input is supposedly coming along, which helps too.
admittedly, a spell checker would help a lot of folks.

The real problem is much more than most people can't
drive at all well. And trying to talk on the phone
makes things go from bad to worse.
I drive just fine tho, I find that I lose track of
the phone conversation if anything, not have trouble driving.
and if you use the computer without knowing how
you could be leaving yourself open to e-mail
viruses that mail out confidential company info.
I can't remember where I came across this idea.
But it's basically that most civilizations would
blow themselves up before running into anyone
else.
I find it way to believable, sadly.
well, if you were expecting a racing game it'd
:0
probably be pretty damned dissapointing.
mostly because it isn't a racing game tho
a few of the missions are races within the city though.
yep, you sure know what you're talking about.

nah, people are still working on e17, and it does
look like it'll be good. no guesses on when it
will be done tho.
alright here's my little anecdote about well

that's what you get for downloading bad bootlegs,
there are some really good lotr ones out there.
" I guess my point is I hear the same thing from every debian user out there" :)
that's why they wound up being debian users
yeah, except that it isn't really 'trying to get
something for free'. It's much more 'hey i could do
that, and it'd be pretty sweet.'.
yeah, it definitely gets new people up to speed
pretty well, so you have some idea what's going on.
Also the 3rd season is debatably the most interesting, so new people shouldn't feel tooo bad
about jumping in there
