    Right. Even at that point, when it was small teams and low budgets, doing a great game alone was nearly imposible just because the design needs a mix of insanity and control that is hard to do alone!

    He said iCal, not ical. iCal is an application, released by Apple, for Mac OS X. ical is some tcl/tk calender. Personaly, I just go with Sunbird everywhere else - it's rough around the edges (OK, the center is rough too :P) but meh.

    I haven't had any problems with az... Hell, i've played Half-Life 2 with Az running! Then again, I just upgraded from a p2 286mhz to a AMD Athelon64 2ghz, so maybe i'm more tolerent of poorer proformence...

    Hmmm... well, he is mostly right, i've seen porn ads on all sorts of sites. And wasn't ICANN planing on doing something simmiler?

    It's rediculas only because it doesn't work, though. If someone finds a way to limit porn to certain ports/tlds/dns servers/subethanet channels/whatever that works, I'd support them in a heartbeat.

    And for artists: Check out Magnatune, 50/50 profit split and you retain the rights to your music.

    Google does NOT read every email. It goes through a computerised filter to supply ads. No different than a spam filter. How come no one complains about Yahoo, MSN, and 99% of other email providers, free or not?

    All those still need IPs. And here is something that you might find interesting:

    Not everyone has a domain name.

    Well, technicaly I beleve they do, but in many peoples case its the million-char-long one your ISP assigns so you have one for RDNS lookups.
