Ummm, no, you Ayn-Rand-reading, Ronald-Regan-worshiping economic libertarian. It costs less to outsource to India, China, etc., because their living standards are lower than ours. Just wait several (couple?) of years, and we, along with India and China, will start outsourcing to other countries.
And so you'll know, minimum wage is there for a reason: so working people will actually be able to live, not just survive, on their wages.

Yeah, I saw this on a bumper sticker once. You live a pretty sad life if you really think like that. No real interests, hobbies, friends, family?

I've read the description of what is for sale on the eBay page, and this guy does not sound like an idiot. All he's really selling is what you've called "toys". He even explicitly states that his friends are not for sale, he will just introduce the winning bidder to them.

I have to say that this joke is NOT funny. Finally we have an election where candidates from both parties do not generate a lot of negative feelings from the general populace. This hasn't been happening for a very long while.

I'll even go as far as to say that the United States of America will be better off in any of the two possible outcomes.

Me: Oh the great, all-knowing wikipedia, please enlighten me on the reason Mozilla Firefox chose such a glorious name!
Wikipedia: It was first named "Phoenix", because it arose from the ashes of Netscape. Then (due to international copyright laws and conflict with Phoenix Technologies) they chose to rename the great product as "Firebird," and all rejoiced! Alas, the great joy did not last long, as the wicked Firebird Database Server users started to complain. The great creators then finally settled on the name that is heard throughout the land: FIREFOX!

I did have to sacrifice a goat though...
