Speedy thing goes in, speedy thing comes out. I don't think the game ever had a chance to show the portals working like a siphon, or if they thought of that. Would have been neat.

Were you kidding? Because there's an episode of Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex where we find that the paralympics have a higher standard of competition than the regular ones because prosthetics became a lot more sophisticated than a limb-shaped piece of plastic.

I guess the relevant terms should be exhaustable vs. non-exhaustable. Using sunlight for power doesn't change when the sun will die. Using fossil fuels for power changes when the fossil fuels will run out.

Wouldn't affect the Wii and its 512M of flash. I think the key is that they've exhausted all their existing suppliers and assemblers. Any new contractor would require hands-on quality assurance time in addition to the usual ramp-up time.

When I first got my Gamecube, my plan was to play through the RE games in chronological order in the aim of eventually making it to RE4. I never made it through RE0 because of the tank movement and camera angles designed to make you fire precious ammo into the aether because you can't see enemies your avatar would have a plain view of. Playing the pre-4 games with a first person camera seems a lot more appealing to me.
