10. Communications protocols. Microsoft will make available, on commercially reasonable terms, all of the communications protocols that it has built into Windows and that are used to facilitate communication with server versions of Windows. To facilitate this, Microsoft will document protocols supported in Windows as part of the product design process. We will also work closely with firms with particular needs to address interoperability scenarios that may require licensing of other protocols.
How can they say this, when they are getting sued for not complying exactly to this by the EU?
I hate MS as much as the next/.'er but you do not have to install WGA for critical updates. You need it to basically download everything but critical updates from MS's site.
I'd bet that X is NOT installed on 99% of linux machines. Most linux machines in the corpartate world are servers, and a high percentage of web servers are linux based. I'd be pretty safe to say that these account for much more than 1% of linux machines, and I'd bet the vast majority of these do not even have monitors let alone X installed.
I'm a linux user, but that point is not really valid. I would be safe to guess that 80-90% of Linux users, who have streaming video support, are using mplayerplug-in. I would guess the other 10-19% are using totem's plugin, and the other 1% are using gxine[really blows].
So if you were going after the linux user base via streaming media, an exploit in mplayerplug-in should suffice.
Good luck.

You can log on as user B and delete user A's index.dat file, assuming that you have the right permissions on accounts A&B. This is windows, they're both administrators, I'm sure that it will work just fine.

Yea, it really is too bad that the Democrats let the muslim nations off the hook so that they could attack us under a republican president and dent our economy. Clinton had the luck of the internet bubble, he really didn't do anything. Lets look at a timeline of the great Clinton's presidency:
Feb 1993 World Trade Center bombing
April 1995 Oklahoma City Federal Building bombing
1995 Clinton shut down the investigation of Islamic charities
Nov 1995 Military Training Ctr in Riyadh bombed
Feb 1996 Sudan offered to deliver Osama bin Laden, rejected by Clinton
June 1996 Khobar Towers bombed
July 1996 Atlanta Olympic Games bombing
July 1996 US Military barracks bombed in Saudi Arabia
Aug 1996 Sudan offered detailed info of Osama & al-Qaeda, Clinton rejected it
1996 State Depart Dossier spelled out Osama's intentions, but Clinton chose not to act
April 1997 Sudan offered detailed info of Osama & al-Qaeda, again Clinton rejected it
Feb 1998 Sudan offered detailed info of Osama & al-Qaeda, again Clinton rejected it
Aug 1998 Two American embassies bombed in E. Africa
1998 Clinton finally ordered strikes but the timing and political motives have been highly controversial (I am certain Democrats would rather drop where this is going)
Aug 1999 Clinton pardoned 16 terrorists convicted of executing 130 bombings
$30/month is NOT cheap for dial-up.
Its all relative, that why I date midgets....

I think you've just admitted that you've watched Mean Girls. Do you own it?

Cleartext. Its the only thing I miss when I'm using Win 2k.

Witches might not exist, but terrorists do. You probably think the government blew up the twin towers though....
Gentlemen, restart your engines!!!!!!!!!
Good thing they paid SCO that licensing fee!
The bad one. Did I answer your question?
I honestly don't know what RPC over HTTPS entails, but it sure sounds like it could be exploited, with fun results!
So...
Ubuntu users.
I thought the OP asked "lately"?
Uh, not exactly along party lines. The Republicans basically voted for it 100%, but more than half of the Dems still voted for it as well.
Actual count
GOP 215 - 8
Dems 106 - 92

"When I rev the engine I want people to think the world is coming to an end."
I like Opera alot, but to imply that its rendering engine is less picky than firefox's is irrational.
What the hell does pi have to do with grapes???
Oh, I get it. Oink off you bastard.
