Well, Guild Wars did a pretty good job on this side. lv 20 max, and fast to gain. And you can even begin a pvp char that begin at lv20. You still have to find many special item to unlock with a real char if you want to equip those on your PVP char, but there is also regular equipment.

Well, yes it is hard to test every aspect, and we need ressources. But here the problem is that we don't always listen or even take care about those ressources.
It stays the matter of the parent to actually make sure that it is good for their child. When I'm buying a game named Grand Theft Auto, I can assure you that I'm not waiting for a 6yo game. Even without the M or AO rating. And with a quick look to the game boxcase, it is even easier to do that. If you are not really sure of the content, then just check for more info, Review, store clerk, internets. These don't take long to do and could save a lots of trouble.
If you want to learn JAVA, Sun microsystems offers a lot of online tutorial. It cover pretty all programming base and go further in JAVA. It's well explained and a good way to learn.
I would buy it if I see one. Just for the fun of drinking a Potion. I am truly in need of HP. Anyway, it is highly probable that it never comes outside japan, so I will probably never see one.
