Doesn't make sense to me. The processor is responsible for most of the heat (and gpu, for some), so why not isolate it and put it inside a sealed container full of oil, instead of making a mess of whole box. It would be a problem connecting it to the mobo, but thats nothing big.

It takes time, may be a generation for example. For that duration scientists are going to dearly hold on to their beliefs, especially the old guys.
