If I buy a hammer at the store I don't have to sign any god damn EULA, so why should I have to if I buy a drawing program, or video editing software? Do I sign a EULA when I buy a pack of playing cards? What about Monopoly? Must I sign my rights away in order to play it? Only if it's digital!
