Man get your facts straight. Godaddy did not craft anything, they made solicited suggestions. The exemption you are so hysterical about is one that would apply to all registrars so that their other customers arnt affected should one customer violate the law. Finally the only reason godaddy was asked to help advise is because of their impact in the industry.

climate change is indeed happening, although there are many more factors involved than just greenhouse effect. Most of it has to do with urbanization. We can either stop building cities and stop reproducing or we can deal with it. Models and 'evidence' are inconsistant, and when this is pointed out it becomes part of the model. example: statement: Glaciers are melting everywhere /n evidence: not all glaciers are melting, some are actually advancing /n revised statement: most glaciers are melting due to global warming, the few that arn't actually prove the rule by being an exception. /n Bottom line - global warming/climate change is one issue that is a waste of time to get involved in (except for the fearmongers of course)

this explanation doesn't use actual math but from a layman's perspective it seems correct. fusion occurs when some 'force' is broken down (strong nuc, weak nuc, or something) This occurs naturally under tremendous heat and/or pressure Thus far nothing we have found will break down or neutralize this force except for extreme heat, further the 'math' indicates that only these extreme temperatures can do it. So so-called 'cold fusion' isn't possible, we need to be looking at a way to generate and contain the extreme temps, not try to find a way to use colder temps.

There is no way to rape someone in SL (or problably any virtual world in existance) - equating the kind of harrassment you are talking about to rape is demeaning to actual rape victims. Heres an (fictional) example Two women are talking at a coffee shop, one mentions she was 'raped' in SL, the other one turns white as a ghost and asks how/what happened/etc.. after the woman explaines that her character got 'trapped' in a cage, and filthy disgusting images were portrayed and she was 'forced' to look the other women stands up, stares incredulously at the SL'er and just shakes her head ..why? because she was really raped once when she was in college and ended up having to get an abortion at 21. so is that a better fucking perspective?
