The seventh guest will pay a lot more, and will arrive 2-3 months before the flight for extensive training. They will be the official co-pilot for their flight
... and if the pilot is anything like pilots I know, the shotgun seat will always go to the hottest chick on board. (If she's a minger, they'll find a reason to shove her down the back and get the hot one up front)
I honestly believe the US is more likley to use a Nuke before any of the above mentioned. Any of the states using a nuke will result in their elimination - deterance. We also know the US is not affraid to strike pre-emptivley. Plus they've talked of wanting to use 'tactical nukes' against Iran.
It might have been, but I do not believe you could.
The organisers of any movement that has the intention of altering the government will be treated as terrorists. Organisers of a large protests are already photographed and followed and have their names and organisations put on 'watch lists'.
Both the military and the department of education are overfunded
In who's opinion? I just read this here which states:
General Pete Schoomaker, Chief of Staff of the Army, said his service could not fulfil its mission within the financial limits set by Defence Secretary Donald Rumsfeld.
Then they better get into population control. They need the population of 'disposible income' (18-32 YO's) to continue to grow at a steady rate. Not sure if you noticed, but the tail end of the baby boomers created generation Y who levelled off the numbers for a few years (average family went from ~2.4 kids to ~1.8). That 'dip' will grow older as the population ages, but right now its falling into the range of their target market.
This is mainly due to the high level of suckage by today's "musicians". Has anyone done a study that includes that correlation? Also I've built my collection the point where I have almost everything I want already. How does that figure in?
iTunes reported on 12 Sep 06 that they have sold 1.5 billion songs through their onlines store! No wonder CD sales are down!
If this guy can do it, then the government probably can. Heck - someone just pay this guy $60,000 a year and hire him some staff, give him an office and your done!
ouch! I guess me not being American doesnt mean anything to you? Do you know how many jokes there are out there about the French surrendering? Are you going to flame them all? And what if I told you I know plenty about WWII (Having studied it n'all). And raise your hand if you thought that I might just be pointing the finger at it being the Americans invading France? - ok, no? No one got the 'A' in aol bit.....
Oh and prison = GTMO (sorry for not making it clear enough) Perhaps I should have mentioned it was a joke I guess rushing a post in an attempt to be 'mildly lame' before leaving work wasn't the smartest thing I did today.
NZruss ----guess which country NZ is.... do you know our history with the French? Starts with an "R" and ends with "ainbow warrior" (this is to the person who was trying to offend me with the WTC post below)

At $0.25/kWh, $9 is 36kWh. You would have to pass 432kW of power. At 120, 240, 480 and 600 volts, this would be a current of 3600A, 1800A, 900A and 720A, respectively.
So, you're saying there wont be a USB charging adaptor...?
...sort of. My idea is to have two real people think they are talking to a bot, while each thinks the other is the bot. In the example you showed it is clear one of them is actively pretending to be a bot. But thanks for taking the time to dig that gem up.
Appreciate your reply. I'll be uber careful and not allow any scripting at all. Perhaps I'll switch to Lynx. Of course I'll have to be carefull not to get jailed for using it!
I use No Script a firefox plugin. Not sure if this protects against this kind of thing (anyone?). No-script lets me chose who's scripts are run by domain and I see plenty of sites trying to run in-browser scripts from third party domains. I leave all scripts off unless something doesnt work then I just allow the primary domain - if I trust it.
Can any web Guru's tell me if No-Script protects against what is outlined in the OP?
It appears they want to make the money back selling the games. Gizmodo are reporting a projected increase in game prices to as much as $100 a game - the reason: Increased Dev Costs. So yeah, buy a PS3, but mortgage your house to get some games.
Once you help somebody fix windows you become their bitch for life and they call you at least once a week because they broke something or another.
Hear hear. I aggree 100%. I've installed Ubuntu on the wifes laptop, and the extent of my assistance is in the region of telling her not to worry about the Windows Vector file format exploit (or latest virus) because it cant affect her computer.
My maintenance since then has gone from about 1 hr per week running virus scans, anti-spyware etc to about once a month glancing over her shoulder to remind her she might to click the update icon cos there are some new features available.
I also thought Linux was taking over the world.... and my first thought was to "welcome our new open source overlords"... but then I thought "WTF? That is crazy". Linux cant be taking over the world, it's probably just after the free beer that everyone is talking about.
Now the major media companies & RIAA have a figure to put on their lawsuits when suing for copyright infringement from kids lipsinking to Brittany. They'll want Youtube to just come out with their hands up and call it quits.

What is funny is the court and judge didnt share your point of view.
Yeah, I should have included the words "By Force" (as the GP is on the 2nd ammendment) -
Tried to add to it after i posted it, but the 'slowdown cowboy' wouldnt go away.
>> "I bet with the proper body language he would not have been detained at all."
Can you please tell me where to find guidelines on "TSA approved body language". Can I comply if I have a disability?

Well, its more useless to have one big pie chart with no slices that says "Goverment Spending: $476B - 100%"
Is there an echo in here?

I'd like to see one of these website claim they have an AI bot, but actually join two users together. Then post the conversation somewhere.
I'm sure the conversation would be just as random as a person-bot chat with two people trying to out-trick each other and all.

Well you can always find more interesting things by doing a Google search for: [Confidential "not for public release"] Like this
This technique was posted on Boing Boing and Bruce Schneier a couple of weeks ago. Still. Plenty of good stuff out there.
