Sadly this seems to be the trend. I can see a real problem with this though. You won't get as many early adopters if this keeps up. No one wants to buy the latests and greatest Xbox if they are going to make a better one with a larger harddrive and less problems if they can just hold out for a year and half.
The thing that upsets me is that the original DS came with no backlighting, but Nintendo has been making handheld units for years and knows damn well that those things need to have a back light to be seen in the sunlight. Why wasn't this installed before the DS Lite?
I've used Yahoo! Answers quite a bit. Unfortunately its become more of an area to bash other peoples politics, religion, or sexual orientation, but every once in a while you'll get some serious questions and some serious answers.
Well having more games is always a given, but will Sony focus on good games or will they take the path of the PSP and focus on its other areas? Sony has really shown an arrogant side lately that is at times laughable and at others just sad.
Does this mean the government will have some jobs open for people to "review and rate" video games? I imagine if this does pass that Halo 3 will be delayed even further.
I have to agree. I would throw Baird in there as well. Best line: "Awww it's like two assholes on a first date." Those two had a better interaction than Marcus and Dom. Marcus and Dom were like a married couple.
My parents never gave us rocks, but we use to find bottles on the side of the road and set them up like they were in forts. Then we would get a bucket full of rocks and see who could break the most bottles. Man that was fun.
That was the most fanatic anti-fanatic writing I've seen. If it weren't for environmentalist and the media then some areas of the US would be in bad pretty bad shape. There are fanatics in every aspect of the world, but to shut out the environmentalist as a whole from an environmental discussion is not smart at all. Sometimes the media has to be sensationalist to wake up these people who sleep through everything.
Well you have to think in terms of a nuclear power plant in every city. Where would Miami dump their nuclear waste? Not underground unless they want to poison the water system. Not every city has a salt mine to dump it in. We could transport it to other salt mines hundred or thousands of miles away, but is that risky transporting it?
Doesn't plankton have a larger population mass and consume more CO2 and produce more o2? Shouldn't we think of a way to replenish them. Also will reducing CO2 fix global warming? This seems like a bounty that Richard knows someone won't achieve.
I only take my drivers license with me when I'm driving. If I'm walking I don't need it. Will this National ID Card require that I carry it on my person all the time?
Also, maybe it is attributed to people using other peoples computers and for some reason find it faster to do a search on google than to type in google.com. I wish people would stop using MSN as their home page. Is it still really slow to pull up?
why not start spamming? It apparently generates money or companies would stop paying spammers. Thousands of people are clicking that spam and keeping them in business. You should do it to.
But I think that's the point of the parent post. It's like telling people they can reduce cancer by not smoking or stop eating so much red meat. The masses won't do it.
I love Splinter Cell, but the problem with it and video games in general has been that the NPCs are always the same. I would like to see the NPCs change each time you play it. In Splinter Cell if I wanted to see how a level was laid out I would run through it really quick keeping note of where each enemy was, then I would die with the knowledge that there are 2 guards around this one corner and a guard inside the shack. I would like to see it change with each death and each time I play a new game. Next time have 3-4 guards around the corner and no guard in the shack. I think this new game play will allow this in a way. Each time I pick up the game it will have a semi fresh feel to it. I hope more games adopt this.
You make a good point. How many false alarms will 911 get with this feature? If I got a disposable cell phone that had a camera phone on it, then took a picture of my neighbor moving stuff around in his garage and I called it in as a robbery.
Dont know why American companies are so slow on the uptake. Milking older technologies for everything its worth?
Because there are so many companies with so many standards and technologies. Look at how many different audio formats there are for cell phones. It's like each handset had to come up with its own format that it would accept. Plus in America we use are cell phones for 2 things, making calls and texting. In other countries cell phones are used for everything, so the demand for richer and better features are higher.
Recently polar bears were put on the endangered species list. Humans aren't the only species we should protect. Also, look at what the crazy hurricane season did to Louisiana and smog causes health problems as well as deaths.

But there is already a law that prohibits death threats. This doesn't sound like a school issue, it sounds like a law enforcement issue.

Now I know what to get my mother-in-law for Christmas.
I thought he was only half black. Isn't he half white as well?

Nothing beats pirating the music for free though.
I think that's what the other million is going towards. The training course agenda involves:
No he needs to be the boss you kill at the end. I'm betting that he will be the most killed big boss ever in the history of video games.

Does that mean that someone 30 or older has to sell you the game? Just like a 15 year old can't sell cigarettes or booze.

not only are kids innovative, so are sexual predators. how long until they find a way to use this spyware to monitor their favorite kiddies?
