So he's not qualified to make a decision on politics because he's not related to the field. That means the only people we should listen to are politicians. That's scary.
I imagine that copyright law is a little more complex than that. Are they going to also teach 12 year olds that when they make their youtube videos of them with their friends, that they can't use their favorite bands song as the soundtrack. Legally they aren't supposed to post videos of video games since all that material is copyright protected. How far do they take it besides downloading MP3's?
The downloads aren't mandatory. The BR players are just set to automatically download, which I'm sure most of them can turn this feature off. The content that the Iron Man movie downloaded was extra interactive features, like live chat. Not something required to view the movie.
I am surprised that they didn't build their servers to handle such a popular movie. It's almost as if they didn't think Blu-Ray was that popular.
With copyright being such a big deal these days, maybe it should be something we teach in middle school next to math and science. Especially since the RIAA is going after these kids anyways.

I heard that the US slaps a ton of tariffs on the importing of ethanol in the US because ethanol makers in the US can't make it as cheaply as other countries. So the tariffs are there to help get the imported price as high as the domestic price. This was being done even in the Clinton days. We could have cheaper ethanol but Uncle Sam says not on his watch.
Also, doesn't our current president always say that only one third of our oil is imported? I don't think the Saudis are the ones taking our money.
I think you are missing the point here though. It can display stock quotes. So when you enter that server room and want to see the hostname, IP, kernel version, etc, now you can see stock quotes along with the other important info. Not only that, but you can check the weather. Damn that's sweet.

I use to work for a mobile phone content provider and to this day it is still popular to make animated gifs for cellphones for American phones, because that old tech is still in most of the phones in America. America has always been 1-2 years behind on cell phone technology when compared to Europe and Asia.
With bots making these mistakes I have high hopes that the machine vs man war will never take place, or is this their evil plan to slowly destroy us one stock broker at a time.
