    It is not just the cargo. You would have to inspect every inch of the ship right down to the smallest recess at the bottom of the stairs in the locked filing cabinet in the disused lavatory marked "Beware of the Leopard" and you have to do it all at the same time because the insects move. It cannot be done. You cannot search a ship looking for an insect.

    If that was the case then our corporate mannagers would not be required to beat expectations every quarter and we would not be in the financial mess we are in now. No, in western corporate culture there is only one rule and that is you must make or better your corporate numbers and if you do any thing that causes that not to happen you are gone.

    I just watched the video and it looks to me like all the have done is stretched the standard view to fill the 'dome'. This results in all objects that are at the edges of the dome to be stretched and way out of proportion. The "man at the right" is a prime example of this.

    Just imagine for a moment a group of people all with phones with this technology enabled passing a billboard. Each unit then tries to display a targeted ad causing the billboard to flicker inducing epileptic fits in various unsuspecting people in the rest of the crowd.

    Sounds good and does absolutly nothing. The best was to keep children safe on the internet is called ... wait for it ... PARENTING. So put the household computer in a high traffic area by the kitchen and take and interest in what your kids are doing.

    I always thought that a working model was required in order to patent a 'thing'. How can they possibly know that it will work or what other patents are required in order to impliment said patent if all they did was to sit around a table and discuss ideas found in other papers?

    Unless of course they consider that they are just renting access to their closed network and that the software and / or device is part of it. So since they have not sold it to a customer, as such, the GPL distribution clause does not apply.

    Just a little history.In 1948 there were two states. Israel and Palistine. After the 1948 war Egypt grabed the Gaza strip and Jorden grabed and then annexed the West Bank. Later Egypt tried to make the Gaza strip and atonomas region but the Palastinian Arabs in the west bank torpedoed the attempt. Then a few years later the King of Jodan started negotiations with Israel and the Palastinian Arabs in the West Bank to create a Palistinian Arabe state there. In return for his efforts Arafat's organization had him killed. By the way the King of Saudi Arabia, back in the late 1800's early 1900's was activly promoting the creation of a Jewish state in Palistine.

    A totally usless security measure. If you want to prevent hijacking of aircraft "reinforce the flight deck door and then lock the flight deck door". This was first recomended in the 1970's and if this recomendation had been followed by the airline industry then 9/11 could never have happened.

    That reasoning is bogus..Why are you asuming that the infinte mortality rate of the aborted group would be greater that the population that is allowed to go to term. Remember that they do not have the technology to determine abnormalities to the same extnt as they do in the US.

    They have first rate low tech preventative and pre/post natal health care. Which gives them a lower infant mortality rate than the US and a life expectancy just a bit lower that the US.
