Mod parent up. It should be the focus of the issue - if it's illegal, don't profit from it. profit from it, it implies we'll be free to do what we want.
No. The ones you're talking about is the M series IIRC.
The KX is a more solidly-built K1000 with SPD metering cells, mirror lock-up, DOF preview, self-timer, shutter lock, and aperture/shutter speed shown in viewfinder.
In a sense a K1000-plus.

Seriously, I consider hamster wheels a vastly superior form of power source than bicycles.
1. You don't have to work it out. 2. Hamsters are cheap. 3. Excretions and dead bodies can be burnt for power. 4. Geez, they're FAST!! Just take a look at how they work at the wheels and be excited at how much power they'll generate.

It cannot happen. If MS added some copyrighted code it'll buy the other entity up.:)
I guess it's simply suggesting that we use wget or something like that, to automatically retrieve stuffs for later viewing....
And it may happen that, due to packet losses, we might have to do it again and again, like 100 times a second, to ensure the information we need is downloaded.;)
I agree - let's talk about the GTK input modules...I cannot believe that there are built-in input modules for most other less-used languages EXCEPT Chinese. Where's the resource for places where it is needed most?
The issue is, once you've determined a "good" fsm setting, somebody changes the usage pattern that makes your fsm too low. Changing this setting requires a restart, which is downtime.
Dynamically adjustable (or better, self-adjusting) fsm would be good, and I guess it is much easier to achieve.

If MS browser actually displays everything on the address bar without filtering of any sort, problem would not have existed.
Just another example of a solution that solves a problem that doesn't exist and creates security holes.
If you're talking about split-image focusing then yes KX has it too.

It might be a good learner's camera. However, if you can find a KX, get a KX instead, because it has more features - it's just like a "K-1000 Pro".
Asian language IM modules is what GTK is missing. Is there anything in the plans? Getting SCIM or XCIM to work is an extreme headache.
IM-JA is a good start. How about Chinese?
That's the thing. When I saw the US version of the SNES I went "WTF is this ugly box".
To me the Japanese design of the SNES box is way more aesthetical.
Is there some sort of auto comments generator that automatically generates comments on Slashdot?
How about a challenge - can anyone make a robot that produces, without hardcoded input, a +5 comment?

Relax and read between the lines.

Death threats don't work. C&D letters that make you sound like a lawyer do.
Alternatively, we can put contacts of companies who hire spammers onto spam lists to let them taste their own medicine.
Base64-ed UTF-8? String comparisons can still be carried out in the encoded form anyway. Nothing except the browsers needs to be updated?

The PostgreSQL optimizer has been based on GA for some time now.
>We are now on the verge of machines beating us
>at our own game so to speak
Or rather, the designers and operators of these machines beating us.
Machines are tools. A tool can only "beat" other tools in terms of usefulness.
Unless you lower your level to some tool, you're still above the machines, because you use the tool, not the other way round.
You'll not be disappointed...I made the switch a while back and have never looked back.
I believe calling it "YourSQL" will make more developers aware of it...
However, there's still a need to VACUUM FULL once in a while.
I'm still looking towards the day that VACUUM FULL, and the downtime it carries can totally be eliminated.
After many episodes with MS Word and OOo, you know what I've found? Lyx and Latex are still the champ.

"GameCube Advance" is a much plausible name, I think.
Write an article to loudly *teach* MS how to secure Windows.
They can choose to accept it, then the Linux camp take the credit.
Or they can choose to ignore it to save face, and continue to have security problem. People will migrate away from MS.
A WIN either way.
