    One of my complaints about patents as they currently are.
    Either they are violating your patents (sue), or they're not (don't sue).
    You dont get to sit there and wait and wait until they make gobs of money in case 1.
    So seagate, are they violating your patent? If so, proof please, if not, you yield all rights in case they are found to at a later date

    I dont understand your comment, I, like many other people dont like the idea of TPM, and from your post it seems you are sarcastically agreeing with me. (via the word slipped). You also, however say so we can get the advantage of owning an expensive cable box (which I could actually see as an advantage, if you already have one in your house).
    Your post confuses me (or I'm being retarded, this has happened twice before in my life, along with the 3 times I've been wrong), and it forces me to conclude, that you, AC are in fact a woman and are using feminine wiles.

    It's called a Series HEV.

    Parallel HEV:
    Both the Electric Motor & ICE operate torque on the same drive shaft

    Series HEV:
    Only the Electric motor operates torque on the drive shaft, the ICE is designed to recharge batteries for the motor.

    A series HEV is DESIGNED to be plugged in, but the ICE can be used to extend the range, because of its general small size, and hopefully static (at least more than what we have now) output.

    You can buy a brand new Gamecube for $90. The Wii is going to launch at $250. Why would anyone do that? I'm going to do that, why? Because I want to play Wii games (yes!) and some gamecube games. The problem was the gamecube was never cheap enough (and still isn't) to justify spending any amount above 20 bucks to play a handful of games. Nobody is going to buy a Wii to play exclusive GC games, but people might see being able to play some GC games they missed out on as a feature of the Wii

    I don't know if this is the FIRST place to say they are deadbeats, but where I know it from is the best show ever, Frontline. Specifically the episode "The secret history of credit cards". It was Ben Stein who specifically said that credit card companies call people who pay their balance in full each months are deadbeats
