Though it's April 1st it doesn't mean every piece of news has to be complete twoddle.
It's no news that sound quality of vinyl is far superior to anything that has or is currently on the market.
If this is serious, and there is no reason this could be technologically impossible, this would be a massive treat for anybody who appreciates the quality sound of music. Now, I'm not an audiophile to the extent that can spot the difference in quality between AAC and MP3 (though not WMW, admittedly) - the first time I heard contemporary vinyl records spin back in 2004 I was completely blown away!
Take note, young scuts - vinyl is going to stick around yet - even if not in tabletop-recorder factor just this month...

All they have to do now, is get the source, fork it on github, and add a few conditions for... well, conditions.
Let's see some academic collaboration happening OSS style!
I wonder whether the the UI would be "painted" in the browser or the code "streamed" to the client and assembled in-situ...
The again, it probably helps thinking when you're not sleep-deprived.
Why not? Is there a difference between "fusion" and "fission" electrons? Last I checked electrons only had one flavour. Besides, aren't the last two steps of any sort of nuclear power the generation of heat and its subsequent capture and conversion to electricity via generators? How would it make fusion different to any other type of fuel burning? Unless electricity can somehow be directly induced in the grid, I don't see how power lines would have to be any different - electricity travels by wire!
Now, if they came up with GALT bacteria that would convert food into caffeine directly in your (my) gut it would be a real revolution on the global energy market!
There might have been one about fusion power, but there was one specifically about isobutanol.
Gevo has been developing their own fermentation technology for over 8 years, until a patent issued to a JV between BP and Dupont on Dec 2010 is suddenly seeing Gevo in court
If IP battles are going to go on in such a raging manner it will be decades before we (as consumers) see anything useful come out of these technologies.
Yes, isobutanol provides many benefits over ethanol and petrol, but there's bound to be an IP issue pretty much any time these days, as Gevo is currently finding out. Of course at a time when solutions are needed fast.
Perhaps (un)surprisingly BP is the plaintiff here...
Because too few people know how to use sex as a higher, richer form of communication and spiritual growth, and probably because most videogamers' (and I'm sorry if I'm making too bold of a generalization) association with sex is getting caught in the basement jerking off... Why else would one "snigger"?..
It's a pity not many people have the balls to make such comments while they're in office. The saddest thing is that thinking is actually arguably impaired while people are in office. It's baffling, but people do the stupidest things when their level of assumed responsibility notches up. It's a paradox...
I'm going to man up and assert that child pornography and videos portraying human and animal abuse - available in abundance, regardless of their legality - are unjust an immoral.
I'm guessing we should have this technology in 50 years...
How did they come up with metrics for something like "ride quality". And how did they get it so precise. I hope they just made it up...
That's going to be a hell of a lot of suitcases.

Ah, plenty of options for jailbreaking then... ^_^
I love how the author is an obvious Star Wars fan. But nonestly, I'd put "technological terror they'd constructed". There, fixed. :)
does a similar thing - but apparently requires effort.

The term gets a new meaning! Ha.
Well done Oracle.
Which is why two workers get beta burns and daily radiation 30km away from the plant tops annual natural limit. Refer to this easy to understand chart explaining the effects of exposure to anything above the usual limits:

Where's the link to download?...
And you, Brutus, I mean Flickr!

They must be pretty poor...

If it's filtering things like child porn and mass produced soap operas - information shaping is fine by me...
"This is no asteroid, sweetheart!"
