From the pic, V-sync was off, most likely AA and MFAA too. Still impressive, considering now, the max that DX10/10.1 series cards can handle is 2 outputs per card. However, the software world is still far behind. Not a lot of games use DX 10, much less 10.1, and I haven't heard of any planned games to utilize DX 11. I'm still waiting for more games to be multi-threaded and graphics to utilize ray tracing. Not sure if it's possible to raster and ray trace...

The limiting factor is bus speed. RAM has hit a proverbial ceiling because of bus speed. I have a 2x4 PC28500 @800MHz and compared it @1066MHz, but the CPU can only handle 2 DIMMs full @1066. The memory bus throttle shows a small increase in RAM performance but is negligible.

DDR3 is the same, you can run it at higher MHz but bus speed is limiting what you can do.

Because their goal is copyright reform, as being backed by the Piratpartiet. One country's laws are not applicable across the globe, and their aim was to openly mock oppressive copyright claims of other governments in order to bring attention to those ridiculous claims. It looks like they succeeded, however, like the RIAA, big money is backing these lucrative "businesses" of copyright.

Their goal is reform and they served as martyrs to bring global attention to it.

    1. Measurements by the Ulysses spacecraft reveal a 20 percent drop in solar wind pressure since the mid-1990sâ"the lowest point since such measurements began in the 1960s.
    2. Careful measurements by several NASA spacecraft have also shown that the sun's brightness has dimmed by 0.02 percent at visible wavelengths and a whopping 6 percent at extreme UV wavelengths since the solar minimum of 1996.
    3. Finally, radio telescopes are recording the dimmest "radio sun" since 1955.

At this point there's nothing really we can do, but it may need an explanation as to why it has hit such a low, and when the below-average maximum will occur (supposedly in 2012).
