Here on long Island (where half hollow hills is) we have whats called "The Suffolk Cooperative Library System" It basically combines all the libraries in suffolk county into one semi unit. Our catalogs can be accessed by anybody in the system and books and dvds can be shipped between libraries. We even do some services as one unit.
If it becomes a good service the whole system could offer it.
I do not know how the rest of the country works though.

From what I have read on nintendos patents their consoles are different in terms of how they do things then the 360,ps3 and the PC.

Nintendo has their own way of doing things. You cant just stick an engine from a pc on it. Example (hypothetical may or may not be true) pc and the other console makers might think hey lets build our console to push out as many polygons and put shaders on it. Nitnendo Might say Eh lets push out fewer polygons but make the textures better so you will need fewer polygons because the ones that are there will look beter.
So if you then ported over an engine from the other consoles it will not look right because the hardware is different.
Thats why Nintendos games usually look better. They are developed for their console. Evemn ubisoft on redsteel used a pc engine.
So the unreal 3 engine will not help at all. Nitnendo should liscence out the metroid prime engines.
Most of the people here who styate linux can do it too or people who state they rolled out linux in their whole organization mention programming things.
What If you are like me and cant program for anything. I know batch files and some script languages but not enough to make a whole program.
It does have AA direct impact on the government of the U.S>. Remember Washington DC (our nations capital0is on the east coast. If we let global warming continue to happen then there will be no more washington dc as it will be under water.
Also stopping our dependancy on oil will also effect global warming also. There are many economic benifits on trying to stop global warming.
ITs not dells hardware and pcs that is the problem. Dells problem is their support and customer service. No offence to people from india. But dells support in india stinks.
Also dell screwed up their sales department for businesses and government. It took a month to get a uqote for one pc.
Dell needs to work on their customer support and sales. Thats what is costing them sales.
Disaster recovery wont matter. If you get ultimatre or business edition windows backup lets you do a complete system image. Why would you need to reinstall the os when you can just redo the image? I hate when people bash microsoft when they have no idea what they are talking about.

Intel has a chance. Intel has the experience with cpu's. Intel can also interface with their new processors. I think Intel could atleast put up a good fight. Why do you think Amd bought ati? They know that intel can do gpus and really good ones if they tried and the only way amd would be able to compete would be buying a gpu maker wich they did.
Yeah like Linux doesnt have bug fixes to its kernel. Face it even linux has bugs and the more popular it gets the more bugs are being found.

In most global warming studies its stated that global warming causes other things that can make places cooler. global warming can change the jet stream and cause other effects. This would make it seem like its getting colder when in reality global warming is changing things and changing the weather patterns.

Look at acers laptop. my acer laptop everything can be changed besides the gpu and that wouyldnt be hard to make it a removable card. it can be done , companies just dont want to do it.

But its basically a much easier and non comp geek friendly server.wich doubles as a computer backup solution.
What is the difference between windows home server and a windows xp pro machine with sp2 with shares and permissions setup on it or windows vista home premium with media center or windows media center 2005?
Where did they get that data from?
I am 25 and Very excited about space and space exploration. If my math skills were better I would have taken physics and astronomy as my major in college.

Does this matter? dell printers are just other companies printers rebranded. Some of the expensive color laser printers are just rebranded zerox.

Yeah maybe most console programmers but nintendos programmers are pretty good in that respect.
Nitnendo has patents on all there ports and connecters so how would this tandup against that ?
Why would apple move back to these processors over intel?
