    If you feel you dont know how to vote, skip it. At least you are being honest, unlike the people that read a few bullet points, then vote based off of that.

    People that blindly vote, that is far worse than not voting because it takes away accountability. The politician now knows those people will blindly vote for them, in contrast, the people that dont vote, dont count, but the people that do vote, are more likely to care that the person didnt live up to their expectations and vote his butt out next time around. The uninformed voter will just pick the guy that is on his side of the fence in political leanings.

    I have been getting lots of these calls from both sides,

    it isnt a clear cut, one party is doing wrong while the other is playing by the rules.

    Is it somehow shocking that the republicans AND the democrats are breaking the law en masse?

    Actually fax spam is a problem if you have a business. Although I am positive the law helped cut down a lot of it, it still is rather annoying.

    I think without the law, fax would be a dead technology simply because it would be unusable.

    This judge is an idiot and has obviously been out of the private sector for far too long. I think all elected officials should be required to go work every so many terms, get them back in the loop of what people want, get them back into reality.

    What someone needs to develop is a country based p2p.

    Ie, you dont share to anyone inside your country, then you will be fine. you download from outside of your country, you share to anyone not in your country, suddenly the international laws regarding the suits would be 10 times more complicated and basically impossible to try.

    I would not accept being fired by some nonconfrontational method like this.

    Just pretend you never got it. and ignore it, go about your day. Apparently the boss is already too much of a pussy as to actually fire you in the fire place, so what is the chance he will say anything. Hell come back the next day, then cause a small scene making them look like idiots.

    THey are afraid of confrontation, make that fear a realization (in a calm way, but put it all on them)

    Granted I will listen to lots of kinds of music, and talk radio and stuff, but the offerings seemed to be pretty much what I wanted on both, EDM is just going to be the one to tip the scale one way or another.

    What show does Tiesto do on there?

    How are the EDM channels, I see they have a pretty good selection of weekly shows (but then again so does XM)

    I am split between which to get...XM or Sirius, because both offer a number of weekly shows that I defiantly want.

    Sued on what basis though, sure they can cost the company money defending themselves, but at the end of the day, the content producers dont have the right to tell people they have to watch commercials.

    I wish tivo would just tell them to kiss off and put the feature in, get sued, then countersue them for several billion more.
