    Is it possible to turn off the blinking/warning in windows when a message is received and if that person is already open in a window, to not have it blink in the tray.
    The previous version was much better in that regard.

    If those two things could be fixed (because they are really annoying in windows) I will be really happy with the new version.

    Actually 2003 was faster than 2000 in terms of load time in my experience.

    And for the memory footprint, well I noticed I stopped paying attention when to that, because it doesnt matter when you have 512+ or RAM in a computer.

    My users put that authority in my hands, they dont want to deal with it and they dont have the time.

    I use the blacklists because it makes them happy, and they dont care if that single email is blocked, because only an idiot would rely 100% on email for something major.

    I didnt say slacking off all day. but if you honestly believe your employees are not slacking while getting paid, you are simply out of touch.

    They are slacking off when they are not supposed to be, shocking I know, but that is life.

    You will easily see if they are slacking too much because their work will just plain suck and they will get fired, but to think they are not slacking when they shouldnt be, that is laughable.

    Um guess what, they are already allowed to do that today.

    but basically, this monitoring business is just a replacement for common sense, ie at the end of the day, did the employee get his shit done...that is all that matters. but instead you get managers who think they will suddenly be in touch with employees by monitoring their internet usage, instead of just paying attention to the quality of the work.

    Well since basically every employee does that, an employer that does not expect and understand it is far past delusional.
    and who wants to work for someone that is that out of touch with reality. Employees slack off at work, if someone does not understand that concept, well they are flat out idiots and i am willing to bet, have extremely high turn over rates.

    Those no down time employees, usually burn out and come back with an AR15...

    If it wasnt Wow, it would have been drinking, or gambling, or cleaning too much, basically they have no self control and dont value what really is important to them. This results in destroying other parts of their life.

    oh wait, the only people that know more about the Nvidia drive than the ATI people are the developers at Nvidia, and vice versa.

    The competition seeing the code is total bullshit, they already reverse engineered it, except they are pros at that.

    actually body builders are generally extremely intelligent, they just know about different things than you.

    they are smart at what the know, relating to body building and will blow you away when it comes to physiology.
