We created the problem with random careless breeding and irresponsible ownership, we have a responsibility to the animals at this point. Also, dogs are cool.
Thankfully, someone finally speaks the truth. The Brits suck at crime, commiting it, stopping it, or figuring out the why of it. Americans have always been more likely to kill you. Look at the crime rate for Ma, an A- according to the Brady campaign, and then (comparing population too) Vermont where you do not even need a permit. The reason? Criminals commit crimes, not inanimate objects.
I wonder what kind of feel good useless law will come from this.
Yep, it's always easier to punish the law abiding folks who just want to exercise the rights than actually try to reduce crime. Makes sheep feel better, even though they are less safe in reality.
While it's probably true that most XP users have it set to auto-patch (probably overall a good thing) it's also true that any crack for DRM lic, will appear almost simultaneously.
Exactly! Surely Microsoft can see that they need to "protect the rest of the internet" and ignore the wishes of their customers. They must surely be insane! I can't believe they don't instantly follow this advice, right now!
No kidding. The McCult vs the mApolgists, while the rest of the readers look on, bewildered at the venom and bizzare opines spewed forth as fact.
Most people can see why it's usefull, and most people can see why it was a cool idea. No one will be swayed by someone online telling them they don't need it, or rehashing a tired joke. The people who want a dual boot will, the folks who don't care have already stopped reading.
true with anything and not a comment on the inherent value of the OS. It will be interesting to see the zealots on both sides of the fence react though. Until it gets boring that is. I for one and happy about it, not surprised at all, but happy anyway.
Agreed, it looks promising, but how far out is it in reality? We've all seen the timeline predictions fall again and again.
Bless those furry little disease bags.

Armstrong will knock them out, then send them the link to the MIT tin foil hat test, no worries.
Circuit City = the Underwear Gnomes?
Hotmail still sucks.
Since when do we need stickers to tell us the difference between not ripe, ripe and rotten?
Your wife buys that??

I'd like to be suspended while waiting in lines, around three pm at work, when politics or microsoft vs. apple come up....

I would agree that it's funny, but it't too close to true. It's a matter of time before someone in the RIAA or MPAA jumps that particular fence.

about time. I want the same for Blade Runner now.

18% for us, and we sell yarn! Grandma knows what's up.
Why can't we have nice things?
Finally, and no kidding. One could claim it's standard practice. How would this go over - shipping all new PC's with Phlak?
True. then you have something to compare price/performance points with.
What about loading emulation software? Seen that time and time again for pc, why not consoles? Seems easy to get around to me.
Your iBadge can only be obtained after swearing ifealty to iJobs for all itime.

Exactly, waste of time otherwise. I'm eagerly awaiting the next concole train wreck.
