    I have that service, and it doesn't work 100%. Somehow, certain nasty companies get their LEGIT caller ID to display "Unknown" or "Out of Area" or "Anonymous". So despite the fact that I reject blocked caller ID, these companies still worm their way through. But I never answer those calls so I have no idea what companies they are.

    You are absolutely free to harass others in the theater. The movie theater can ask you to leave, and you have to do it or else get arrested for trespassing, but you are free to exercise free speech in the theater. As long as you're not endangering people (yelling "fire" for instance)... So you have the right to harass people, but the theater also has the right to ask you to leave.

    It's not really a scam if you prefer to have a 16:10 desktop layout as opposed to a 5:4. Even though 1440x900 has less total pixels than 1280x1024, I prefer to have more horizontal resolution because it's easier to layout multiple applications that way, than stacking them in a 5:4 aspect ratio.

    He's in trouble because he copied the file(s) to his computer. It's not like he just said, "Hey this looks insecure", he actually copied the data and looked at it. That's a huge violation. Yeah I'm not riding the "HE'S BEING PERSECUTED!" train. He copied people's private info to his personal computer. Who knows where it could end up from there? It doesn't matter if the network was insecure, he should have just called the administration and said, "I think this might need looking at..."
