    In Maryland, electricity deregulation has (directly or not) caused massive rate increases, partly because of a lack of new generation and transmission infrastructure, Could that occur in the broadband market? Aren't we already getting less than other parts of the developed world?

    I'll never forget the graphic drunk-driving presentation we got in high school.

    The picture of a dude with a rear view mirror inside his skull was a pretty convincing reason to not drive drunk. Only the windshield mount part was sticking out of his head.

    until you realize that they probably should have just patched the system to give a +1 bonus to hit at 5th/15th/25th levels. and because the feat is now mandatory for all characters, and feats are supposed to be minor options that people can use to tailor their specific characters. No feats should be mandatory. Don't they still have a little blurb somewhere in there about how you can make any changes you desire to the rules...these sound like excellent starting points! Either give the +1s or give everyone the feat for free. Or will this violate the OGLCMA?

    While there's been a few cases of common sense, the vast majority of cases are being settled out of court because the judge is a corporate pawn and insolent technology-wise.

    I always thought members of a lawsuit were advised to not make public statements like that.

    People in positions that handle lots of cash (Front Office retail, bank tellers, even residential property managers collecting rent checks, especially from seniors) may be more likely to resort to theft of cash or checking account info if their car is about to be repo'd or they are facing foreclosure.

    Can the label/tag telling someone to leave a field blank be hidden form a bot but clearly visible to a live person?

    In Maryland the demand was so high for absentee ballots that some people didn't get them till yesterday. Several groups appealed for a 1-day extension to allow them to be postmarked Wednesday and still counted, but it was shot down. http://wjz.com/topstories/local_story_310102437.ht ml
