Not really. Since most reaction kinetics are linearly or squarely dependent on the concentration and Arrhenius-like dependent on temperature, and we're talking about a 100 or 200 K difference in temperature between the Earth and a Jupiter or Uranus-like planet, a reaction rate difference is dominated by the temperature difference.
Now, I would consider this post (normally, not necessarily in this case) to be Off-topic, but not a Troll. Is my understanding flawed? A troll is trying to interject some agenda or draw a lot of response (good or bad), not just trying to be funny (as this post would be even in some other thread).
How do you know she wasn't saying those sounds at other times? You weren't there.
Maybe the reason so many languages have similar words for mother and father is that the first sounds made by babies are generally "ma" and "da" and "ba" etc. Just a hypothesis.
he said put clear coat over it. so it's an expensive laser process, followed by clear PAINT. I suspect that the clear paint would destroy the color-producing effect of the metal surface anyways.
"...the reason that extension cord you bought had 4 different warning labels on it was because of morons that [1] do something completely stupid, and then [2] blame the manufacturer for not having a warning label telling you not to do it."
Necessary, but not adequate.
You forgot,
[3] Hire a lawyer to sue the manufacturer for thousands or millions of dollars.
...for them to come out with French Horn Hero for Xbox 360 in order to make a mod I want to play on. Don't know that I want to put limit switches on the valves on my horn, though...maybe all it would need is a mic.
I'm not a programmer, so I think I don't have the same concept of "specialized training" that you have. I'm not familiar with "languages of the week". Could you give an example of one?
I also don't consider learning C++ a "well-rounded education", something I think requires history, art, literature, science, philosophy, [human] languages, etc.
Depends on what you mean by "do far better". Earn money? Probably not. Specialized training combined with natural abilities can definitely lead to good earnings. A well-rounded education does not necessarily lead to career success, although there are certainly other reasons for doing it.
He favors abolishing the IRS. So does Huckabee.
The Congress would likely prevent either of them from doing it, much less "dismantling" the entire government, and there does need to be some pressure to slow or reverse the growth of government.
Of course I have a choice not to buy from iTunes store, and in fact I've made that choice, but I still have a right to comment about it. It's not like I'm suing Apple or something.
I remember a Dilbert strip that had very scenario as its premise, except it was female co-worker, not gf. I think she smashed the recorder into a thousand bits when he played back a conversation.
Yes. Thank you for clarifying. I can burn a CD of tracks I purchased from iTunes, encoding as mp3, and then rip and transfer those to my mp3 player, but it's a hassle, wastes CDs and time, and degrades the audio.
Yeah, but I'm not a good enough shot to hit one of those spy satellites. I doubt you can either!
Ozone doesn't smell fishy. Trimethylamine - now that smells fishy.

I'm curious. How can it be proven that you read something, without, for example, a signed declaration that you read it, as in the case of a contract?

I've heard of Arthur Cayley, the mathematician. I guess he was a cousin.
That's not what he said: he specifically said that it's "not 'double' in size". 32 bits *is* double the *number of bits* of 16 bits.

"641 pages should be enough for anyone."

I'd vote for this being the right answer but I didn't see the evidence that enterprise is switching to Apple in the first place.
Of course, in the US, elections are always on Tuesdays...
Thank you for saying that. It's also arguable that Congress has Constitutional authority to do most of the others as well.
Cut 'em some slack. None of us are.

It's not a recursive acronym either. Isn't "self-recursive" self-redundant?

Do you wash your hands every time you use your pager? It's probably harboring pathogens as well.
I know. I've done it and made that point above. But it costs time, CDs, and degrades the audio.
Thanks anyways. I just wanted to complain.
