    Well, 5-4 results come up because the Court takes cases where there is something in dispute about the law itself. If there wasn't, the writ of certiorari would be denied.

    I find myself in what could easily be considered the top 15%, if not the top 10% (my school stopped ranking because of going to 4 decimal places to figure out 10th and 11th place.)
    I'm bored out of my mind in many classes, including my Algebra II class which I finished this year. This boredom led to me dropping a take-home test assignment, and what my teacher said after me and two other kids (two girls, I being a guy) all forgot struck me:

    "We are doomed! The Chinese are going to take over!

    In Massachusetts, it's not a good idea to do that.
    The penalty is 3x as worse for not refusing a breathalyzer/chemical test than taking it and failing. (Why this is the case is beyond me.)
    It's not clear, however, if you refuse a field sobriety/hand-held breathalyzer test and will consent to a blood test.

    But what about the camera? It's still property of the NJTA.
    Thus, with their equipment, they created it, so it is their IP to control.
    And for Allah's sake, think of the family involved. What would you say if your family was killed in one of those crashes, and it was put on the Internet for all the world so see.

    Well see, here's the problem. FTA:

    "Many of the devices looked like circuit boards or had wires hanging from them." If you're going to do this, at least give somebody warning...and/or build them right. The same problems plagued the MI:3 campaign in the newspaper turnstiles...and those were blown up in some cases, IIRC.

    Therefore (IANAL), they should not be subject to this law.

    The summary is not entirely clear.

    If you RTA, it said he sold 150 million yen worth of goods. I believe the 6 million was in reference to an individual item.
