If the recent movies have left you dissatisfied go check out some of the novels from the expanded universe. The new movies may ignore them, but they still exist. Some of them are absolutely fantastic. Maybe some day we'll see them made into films. We can hope at least.

It uses S.L.A.M. (Simultaneous Localization And Mapping) to make up for the limitations of the GPS and compass.

There was one HyperCard stack that really stands out in my memory. It was called "If Monks Had Macs". It was a collection of writings, games, and other miscellaneous bits. I would love to be able to use that again.
but it does still puzzle me why they don't allow artists to opt out of having DRM applied to their work. Hopefully we will see that change in the near future.

So what is going to happen to Googles proposed online payment system? Can't think of the name at the moment, but wasn't it going to be a direct competitor to PayPal? Is this perhaps a way for Ebay to keep that from happening?
