However those site take alot of work and this will make it easier for a guilds to organize. Also it gives a better way to check on the guild besides logging in.

The problem is though a government doesn't always debate things. Even with layers it still does stupid stuff. When it is easier to do stuff more of the stupid stuff happens. Since you cannot always guarentee that elected officials are not stupid, you have to make it harder for the stupid ones to screw things up.

Okay, I don't know exactly what happened or why it happened. Honestly I'm not gonna waste time on that, my question is however, what are the health risks associated with tazer use compared to batons, knives, pepper spray, mace, guns, and good ol'e fashion force.

I have never been shot, stabbed or maced. I have however been beaten with a cylindrical object and pepper sprayed(By accident). So I can give an opinion on those 2. All I know is that my eyes and nose were on fire and I wanted to die at that point. Of course i got an aftershock when I washed my hair in the shower... oh god.....

What makes a tazer safer than the others, what makes it more dangerous. I mean i can guarantee its better to be tazered than to be shot. Honestly i just want to know what yall think/know (Since they are the same thing here).

There are some devs who do what ever they can to make a product work. They tend however not to be owned by giant publishers, or they tend to have a fair bit of autonomy from their publisher.

My windows machine that i use for games, has had 1 virus in the last 3 years and that was because I wasn't paying attention at all. I opened an attachment for some reason. I don't get spy ware because I don't do stupid shit with my windows machine, I run FF, I have a firewall, I have AV, and I don't do anything with the admin account. Its not much work and the machine starts up with very few things running and it runs clean and fast. This honestly takes minimal effort after the windows install.

What really needs to happen is for PC graphics to hit a certain level, not quite photo realistic(mostly because most people can afford a monitor which would display photo realistic) but very close. Then Nvidia and ATI will have to improve their cards and chip sets in other ways. However, at this point upgrades will cheaper and less frequent and cards will have more value as the 2 makers will need brand loyalty to survive. That is what is needed for the PC to reemerge.
