Not everyone is in defense against the RIAA. I don't download or upload music illegally. Though, I do disagree with the situation and would like to know what is legal, illegal and undetermined at this point so that I can inform others. Instead, we get disrespectful, "holier than thou" responses. These answers are uninformative. Stating that the law is unclear IS informative, but that's not what he said in the "interview."
You guys are lawyers AND like to help people? What's it like on your home planet;) ?
After reading their answers, its no wonder lawyers are getting treated like this.
Could you possibly sound more arrogant? What's the point in agreeing to answer questions if you're going to answer it with "I doubt it." or "I don't know."
Isn't this kind of a multiple question?
Who cares? Answer it, or don't. Stop being a smart ass. How are people supposed to do what they can to help your cause when you answer questions like this.
You can use Steam in offline mode, it only requires internet connection when you activate the product. Also, you can install the game (any Source game atleast) on any computer you want, and activate offline mode in steam, and play it on multiple computers. That's how my friends and I play LAN games, one steam account all on offline mode.
Some people don't have to get over that stage because they don't even go through it. I've never seen the point in drinking. I have not been drunk since my 21st birthday, which also happened to be the first time I ever consumed enough alcohol to get me intoxicated.
Nobody said kids should be set free to do whatever they want. The problem is, currently, schools tell you how to act and think rather than explaining and giving reason to why you need to behave a certain way in public.
Did anyone mention all of the redirect pages MySpace has? Also, every 4 or 5 pages you visit on MySpace, you will get an error page, which is even more hits to add to the count.
The reason that has happened to comics is simply that new mediums (cartoons) which took over that spot in children's lives. People who grew up on comic books, grew tired of the childish themes, and the new generation weren't interested in them since they had animated comics.
Among other things.
Some of the best gamers in the US (and I'm sure other countries) work out because it helps them perform better in their game.
Only if the age difference isn't greater than 5 years.
No.

I think you mean, "Vote or Respawn".
Definately. There were not any parenthesis in his comment.

If you are using Peer Guardian (or something similiar), thats a likley problem. Those horror stories are made up.
Bad games are killing the industry. People actually buy games that are good.
People are complaining about all of the remakes coming out as if stories haven't been retold through out mankind's existance.
People type "fsck" because it is an inside joke.
The big deal is that Yahoo! actually got the record company to allow them to sell DRM free music.

I imagine they aren't trying to enroll students who are that young in this program.

Maybe he was disoriented from reading Slashdot comments with excessive punctuation.
To confess without persecution.
All they would need to do is turn on the camera phone and put it down their pants. Endless hits!
I have Comcast's 8mb Cable in Seattle. I constantly recieve 10mbps down, and have even recieved speedtests greater than 12mb down.
