If the diplomat is representing me, then I have a right to know what his views are. If the diplomat I elected campaigned on supporting or not supporting a country, then turns around and secretly tells our government the opposite, I deserve to know this so that I can avoid electing him again.
This happens in the Source Engine as well, at least in Counter-Strike: Source. Except, its not actually tied to your FPS, its tied to your network update rate, but your network update rate has a maximum of whatever your FPS is. If you set your cvar, cl_updaterate to 100 (the absolute maxium) and your game runs at 60 FPS, your actual update rate will be around 60 ticks per second. You can also set cl_updaterate to 30, and if you're running at 60 FPS, your actual update rate will be around 30 ticks per second.
At an update rate around 30 ticks per second there is a very noticeable difference in the rate of fire vs anything over 60 ticks per second.
I don't see an issue with using their own conventions on Safari as long as it is essentially the same conventions they are using in OS X. This gives Mac users the opportunity to be comfortable browsing the web when they are forced to use a Windows machine (at work for instance).
Finally! I have been waiting for a place to find all the information I ever wanted on free iPhones, ring tones, Target gift cards and penis enlargement supplements.

If you jump 1 inch per frame, and you get 60 frames per second, you jump 60 inches per second... if you're running at 30 fps you jump 30 inches..

Seems to make more sense for the iPod to have a feature that stops people from walking across streets while looking at it. Right?

I knew Korea was into gaming but I didn't think it was so big in Taiwan that it could cripple the internet.
