First Development Snapshot of KDE4 "Krash" released. Before anyone goes ahead and compiles/runs this, please be aware that it will look exactly like KDE 3.5 - except for being broken in lots of places.
Saying that MMOGs Promote Sociability is like saying that playing Counter Strike all day long improves your skills of teamwork, makes you react better, and will let you easily survive if someone attacks you. Gah, we can prove anything, can't we?
Unless of course, "sociability" is meeting in strange places and buying strange items of a strange game from strange people.
But I think this is good. Mobile phones agre great for kids.
As a student myself, I can say that in my country kids get a mobile phone as they are about 10 years old/3-4th grade, usually. They can call their parents, they can send SMS to friends (say, about homework).
How about teens? Why are some of you think that kids/teens having a mobile phone is stupid? I think it's a good way for parent to contact them if they're out in town, etc.
Of course, it's OK and very good as long as they understand the price of it. I mean, the bill. For young kids a good solution is "pay-first-the-use-for-what-you-paid" SIM cards, where you pay some sum of money and then you use the phone untill it ends up. That you can refill it
Well, umm...
That's unusual...
But what if we need CAPS LOCK for some reason? (Even tho I don't think I ever really used it for something)
And, well, removing CAPS LOCK because some 11 years olds use it all the time in IRC is not going to solve it - they can always put they finger on Shift, or maybe stick the bottom side of Shith to the keyboard so it would be pressed all the time...
Well, if they gave it out... how could they possibly think that it won't leak?
Software, music, movies leak without giving them out. And now, there's the release of an expensive operating system and they give it out...
I mean, how could they be sure that just signing the document would stop anyone? Sharing music, movies, etc. is illegal, but look at ftp servers, emule, torrents, etc.
It the Internet, apple, think different!
Who is ever gonna buy it? I mean, there are beds with water, there are expensive cool beds, there are beds shaped like a racing car or a plane. But how much of you sleep in this kind of bed every night?
The "what's beyond the edge" question is essentially a pointless question when dealing with space-time. There is no "edge" because nothing can possibly exist outside of the realm of spacetime.
But if the universe is expanding, that mean there is some empty space for it to do that. So, there's always some empty space as it continues to expand. So, the universe should be a part of some bigger thing, shouldn't it?
But even if it is, there should still be something near it.
Earth is round, but there's moon next to it Earth belogs to the Solar system too
So the universe itself should be near something too (another universe?) Or is it endless? If so, hwo can that be possible?
Well, if we (people on Earth) can't do or explain something (like travelling at the speed of light), we usually call that "the super duper ultimate thing that can't be faster/bigger/better".
And now, the naming system's got a problem.
So, in conclusion, travelling faster than light might be (possibly is) possible.
It's not ready, so? Is it anything new about it?
First thing, it's still beta. And if open source/free software betas are almost 100% usable, that doesn't mean that Windows are like that too.
The second thing, I don't think they can do so much in such time *personal option*
Well, we just have to wait and see how it turns out
I don't think that pretty PCs will make people buy more. It's simple - if someone needs a computer, they will look at RAM, Hard drive, graphics card and other things, not the box itself.
Besides, most people I know build their own PCs, so it won't affect them.
One more thing to mention is that PCs are not just _personal_. They are also used in companies, where office buys them for employees. If a computer has a nice colour, would they buy more, than they need?.. I don't think so.

Well, good interview.
I'm glad he talked about Ubuntu and answered **The question**
No-one knows if the humans will survive that long, maybe there will be no-one to rename it.

Because people want to know where the heck are they localed and what's around their planet?

If they know how wide it is, then what's on the corner of it? How does it end?
