Yeah well I am paying $99 a month on T-Mobile for unlimited everything plus I have an awesome android that is ROOTED and T-Mobile doesn't give a S*&^ that it is ROOTED. Try and do that on AT&Terrible!
Well I don't disagree with anything you said.....oh wait yes I do. Not everyone puts a case on their phone. I don't have a case on my phone and I am fine with the way my phone functions without one. Ofcourse I own an Android device that doesn't have to have a case to operate. I would agree that a lot of people have cases for their phones but they should have choice as to whether or not they want a case. One should not be required to have a case or hold their phone a certain way in order for it to function properly.
I disagree! The IPhone does suck in general. Any phone that you have to get a case for, to "Jimmy Rig" a fix for the antenna, because the company doesn't want to lose millions fixing every phone they produced most definitely does "SUCK IN GENERAL"! Not to mention as stated below the unintuitive interface, total lack of consideration for users, proprietary OS that they brick if you jail break, and last but not least a market place that takes your arm if you want to develop applications for it and then limits the type of apps you can develop. APPLE CAN TAKE A FLYING LEAP OFF THE GRAND CANION WITHOUT A PARACHUTE! To me it sounds like you probably own an IPhone and were offended by the fact that you made a poor decision in your purchase of said device. Thanks for your opinion though.;)
This might have something to do with the fact that Splashtop OS (a lightweight os based off of chrome os) is comming preinstalled on new Dell and IBM laptops and by default it uses bing search http://www.splashtop.com/os . It is a boot option on these laptops and can be used to get quick internet related tasks done without having to wait for windows to boot.
It doesn't surprise me at all! People have gotten lazier and lazier. I mean sure technology has gotten more advanced but it is made to break now where as back then people made things to last. I live in Kansas City and I remember when they first started the renovation on Union Station everyone was surprised when the 50 year old escalators fired right up without hesitation. It is sad to say but the generations before were much better than a lot of the people these days.
No,no,no, silly all we need to do is bring in the "sharks with frickin laser beams attached to their heads" and they will take care of those dirty pests once and for all!
If this experiment created "...temperatures so hot that even protons and neutrons melt..." what the hell did they use to contain the experiment? LOL!;)
I use math quite often in my career. Just the other day I had to write a piece of code that determined the margin of error between the actual GPS coordinates of a cellular phone and the coordinates that the phone was returning. The equation I used was as follows.
sqrt((N1*cos(True Lat x)*(True Long y - Long y))^2 + (N1*(True Lat x - Lat x))^2)
Granted it is a simple Algebra equation but it is still Algebra so don't throw all of those math book thumpers under the bus just yet.
Very good point! Anyone who is smart would start investing in small startup companies that are working on alternative sources of energy now while the stock for said companies is cheap.
that this is a real problem as I have personally experienced problems with data scrapers, scraping my data. However, this tool they are talking about (PeekYou) couldn't find a stripe in a pack of fruit stripe gum. I looked up several of my handles and several of my friends handles and was not able to find anyone. Then I looked up real names and was still unsuccessful. So, don't worry about (PeekYou) worry about people doing actual data-scraping the old fashioned way.
This is just plain silly and should not be allowed to continue! If it is allowed to continue I think I will file a patten for the letter 'a' in both lower and upper-case forms. Then I will sue everyone in the entire world because everyone has used the letter a in some way shape or form at some point in their life!
NICE TRY JERK-OFFS! NOT GOING TO HAPPEN
How is offering toys in happy meals or other fast food meals praying on children when it is the parents buying the food!?! Not to mention what's next? Are they going to take away the play places in all fast food restaurants, because even without the toys my daughter would still want to go to play in the play place! She loves to meet all the kids and play in the tunnels!
I hate to say it but me too! Microsoft makes the only (in my opinion) decent ergonomic keyboard out there and I love mine. It really does keep my hands from hurting at the end of the day.
Amen Brother!
I mean how is this any different than what Wal-Mart does on a daily basis when doing business in China! Wal-Mart factory workers in China make about the same wages making all kinds of cheap Wal-Mart brand stuff and you don't see anyone blowing up about that! Chinese workers are just harder workers than American workers hands down! I hate saying that but it is true! I am a Software Engineer and I work along side of some Chinese workers. Even when given a choice they always work longer hours! I can't pronounce or spell the one guy in particular but we all call him by his initials because his name is hard to say. He is always at work before anyone and leaves most of the time after everyone is gone. I stay late but most of the time he is there even after me. So, everyone needs to just get over it!
That is my 2 cents
We have high speed mobile internet everywhere, something the US will never have
You shouldn't make crazy statements like that, because there is no way to tell what the US will and will not have. Just for your information if Google has their way it will happen here and sooner than you think. Google is getting ready to test a super high speed fiber in many cities in the US. http://www.businessinsider.com/google-high-speed-fiber-network-2010-2/
Thanks and have a nice day
Yes, I agree. Not only does the touch keyboard allow for better functionality but unlike a hardware keyboard it will not wear out nearly as quickly. Oh and I should mention I currently own a G1 so I am not hardware keyboard bashing by any means! I just think that they both have their advantages and disadvantages.

Because Apple bricks unlocked phones as soon as they discover them and most people don't want to risk buying a expensive phone to have it bricked.

They should have had him on with his long-form birth-certificate to bust the myth that Obama is not a citizen! I would pay to see that one!
Let me be the first to welcome our poisonous overloards!
everyone knows if it's an NVIDIA it's gotta be good....wink..wink.

You mean my data is unsafe when dumped into the GIANT ABYSS that we all call the world wide web!?! Get a clue loosers!

You know, I have one simple request. And that is to have sharks with frickin' laser beams attached to their heads!
Amen brother!!!!

Awwww, come on no mention of DSL why not? DSL http://www.damnsmalllinux.org/ is a great little distro and will fit in 50mb of space!

Why can't you use Firefox for flash? I have Ubunto 8.10 on one of my desktops and it uses Firefox and Flash just fine!
