  2. The correct global average temperature is a good deal higher than it was before the Industrial Revolution because cold weather kills people.

Put on a sweater, then. If you don't have electricity you can stay warm in the cold, but how do you plan to keep cool when it's hot? People live in cold climates and countries, but you don't see people selling real estate in the Sahara.

  3. Seriously, with those lights, you can't see anything when you're up there. Any anxiety should be drowned out by the effort you expend keeping your pupils from shrinking down to nothing.

  4. So, any fear of audiences was beaten out of me.

    See? Definitely the right approach.

Seriously, enough of his flunkies have/will resign/ed -- couldn't you just claim credit for the op-ed while walking out the door? His staff could milk this for low-grade chuckles over the entire rest of his term.

Are you sure that California isn't the problem?

  14. Google being there helps the Chinese people's non-political awareness, at least -- STEM, etc. I figure the more you read, the more expansion of thought you experience and the more freedom of thought you want. A better-informed populace in general couldn't hurt.

  15. Well, he has been warning us about China for the longest time. They're so sneaky, they've even gotten him to start using their tactics!

Palo Alto, of all places. Pull up the city on Zillow, scan around and check the house prices, and tell me how quickly (and how many) cops would show up if someone reported a break-in.

If the employee is upset or not as long as he moves his hands fast product comes out in massive numbers. Morale makes no difference. Meat comes pre-marinated. Vegatables come presliced from Mexico. Just load and go as no chefs are needed for great recipes anymore.
