RedHat Fedora coming out on Monday will have this?

Generally RedHat will not put in new packages at the last minute. But this is a security fix release only and also Fedora is considered more experimental than regular Redhat releases.
India has border disputes with just about every neighbor. Indian political leaders are under a lot of pressure to not settle any of these disputes. Instead they have to fan these flames to win votes.
Maybe one day Indians will wake up and elect leaders that will do something about feeding and educating their masses rather than bickering with neighbouring countries over land.
I am in a position to make purchase recommendations.
My initial thoughts after seeing the new strategy was that Sun is coming around and maybe I need to take a second look at Sun. However the SCO connection tells me to stay the hell away from Sun.

I pictured Darl McBride holding a gun to a stuffed penguin's head and shouting to the crowd:
I have used a Nomad Jukebox as well as Apple iPod. And I can say that Creative Nomad Jukebox is a piece of shit when compared to iPod. I should know I own one. It has been collecting dust in my garage for the past several months. Large, ugly, slow, clunky, battery sucker and really really bad interface. It is a pain to use. I went ahead and bough a $40 Samsung CD player from Costco that plays MP3s. I use it a lot more. I also recently bought Creative speakers and Extigy, the external USB sound card. Both crap. I am not buying another creative product even again.
I too would discourage anyone from buying these VIA systems until VIA gets their act together and provide support for MPEG-2 hardware decode under Linux.
If you want a small system dont spend $500 on this

You'll have a better computer at about half the cost.
There are those of us who simply do not have the time or desire to sit through large manuals or training sessions to start enjoying a game.
FPS games allow me to get in the game real fast spend a few minutes and get out. If I have friends over we have fun fragging each other and yelling at the top of our lungs. And the newbies have a very easy time to pick up on these games. No manuals and no friggin story line to follow.
Making of Redhat Linux 9 video? I know you were kidding, but it does sound interesting. If such a thing existed, I certainly would buy it. It would have to be in widescreen format though.
I agree that my guess on exchange rate was incorrect. However I will be surprised if and when these modules are offered in the US at the prices you suggest.
For Slashdot crowd however an open and free system like mythTV is generally more attractive still, as it offers unlimited tweaking and enhancement potential.
The modules are 249pounds. Which translates to about $500. Ouch.
You can achieve similar functionality with http://www.mythtv.org and EPIA-M boards. I got the EPIA board from Fry's for $139 and this case : http://www.computergate.com/products/item.cfm?prod cd=HDRCM269BR for $72. The case is so small its hard to believe that its a computer case.
See the mythv web page for more info on what it can do.
I know the free software community hates software patents. But how do you fight bad software patents? In the business world, companies fight other people's dumb patents with their own dumb patents.
I just bought a Compaq 2100US laptop from CompUSA a couple of days ago for my wife. She was fairly satisfied with it. Now I am trying to come up with all kinds of excuses to return it. Here is my list, please add if you can:
1. Its too big and heavy. 7lbs. Ouch. 2. It gets too hot when its running. 3. Dont want our money going to Microsoft. 4. XP looks ugly....
... but the merchants that sell goods over the Internet. I used to run a mail order business. We got a lot of orders with people trying to use stolen credit cards. After a while we got really good at filtering these out. But the cost to learn the lessons was high. I can only sympathize with all the new businesses. If they think that matching the shipping/billing address and security code is enough, they are in for a rude awakening.
At the end of the day, the entire loss from these fraudulent transactions is passed down to the retailers, when clearly the morons who are handing out the credit cards to the thiefs have some responsibility to share.
It simply does not have the horsepower to do this.
Mythtv will do this. Read the online documentation
for MythTV for instructions on how to do it.

This phone is not for you, obviously. Why are you posting to to this story about what you do not want?
Do you have something against devices that integrate functionalities of multiple devices into one? Like cars with stereos?
There are plenty of people like myself who do want a well integrated device like this phone and cars with nice stereos.
There is a space in it when there should not be. The correct URL is:1 .1/

Dont you hate it when someone posts a URL that doesn't have information on the subject matter.
So where is the information buried on your PVR?
Can you provide a more specific URL?

I have used MythTV and I have to say that it is the most promising opensource PVR project I have seen so far. And I have tried most of the others.
Use btaudio instead.
At the current rate of development mythTV http://mythtv.org/ will be a better Tivo soon.
If you dont, few authors will choose to make them available online in the future.
