Everytime you use a technology, there is a risk associated with it. There are dangers everywhere in life today. The only way to be safe from dangers of modern technology would be to go back to the stone age. Cars are awesome!, but we should stop using them cuz a lot of people die due to car accidents every year. Why do we still use them? i wonder. It has not even been proven that WiFi is bad for health and people are already afraid of 'em. I don't think anybody is afraid when they turn the key in their cars. Maybe BBC should show a program on road accidents instead of something soo less dangerous.
Intel® Celeron® M Processor 340 [1.5GHz] + 192 RAM.
I tried putting Ubuntu on this laptop, not much success, almost didnt work with that. Then, I started using a lightweight linux, which worked fine. Then, I tried WinXP Pro, works good on this machine. Not excellent, its workable. koolest thing -> I can play counterstrike!
is there anyone else around here that we are missing the point here. shouldn't the main focus be on the "best" games ever instead of the worst games. I mean after seeing the list, im not gonna be like "man! i should play that game."
I am from the future
Google is not supposed to ally with either Apple or microsoft.
Google will be a standalone thing in the future making its own OS and becoming sooo successful that it will buy apple n microsoft to establish a monopoly!!
Google CEOs will have enough money to buy several contries.
Dont worry guys... alliance is impossible... unless google is like stalin, allying with competitors and then getting rid of them... it'll be kool to see google do that.
I cnat wiat for the day wehn hunams will hvae chips inisde tehm taht will make tehm SMARTR, FASTR AND MORE EFFICENT. and i am not talking about potato chips.
We can see where the company is headed after this event. My guess is that some other company will take over from Radioshack. I want GOOGLE to take over Radioshack. This will cause soo much agitation that even Microsoft and Apple will start to work together against the king of searches.
Google has been expanding rapidly, and what's more interesting is that google does not publicly give out information about some of its services and how they are implemented. So, there is a secret side of google as well. Oh well it makes surprises more interesting.
Next thing you know... you will be drinking Google Bottled Water from the Fresh Lakes of California, i mean come... on.
good work there, it'll be pretty helpful for the future(which is now). good to see that this didnt happen in india... although i think that one of the researchers was indian.
if you read it closely, it is not exactly the normal tweezer you and me use(not really.) its kinda like throwing an atom somewhere, instead of actually lifting it and moving somewhere. you cant guarantee that it will land at the same target all the time.

that is not the only thing they do. there would be no point in making such huge investments if astronauts just went for a long drive around the planet. Different experiments are conducted once the astronauts reach up there. The complexity of these experiments has also increased with time. that is true no matter when u were born...
good work there, but all you need is to get the message across. its not like u r singing on the phone and need good voice quality. just do what's needed.
the whole reason why this is happening is because all the game programmers are busy playing WORLD OF WARCRAFT. They dont have much time on their own to come up with new ideas and actually write games.
lol... so true.
yea seriously, the government is making it seem like it is a heavenly thing, can't be hacked or affected by any virus. But actually it is not different from any portable electronic device that uses radio waves or whatever. But then again, everything is vulnerable and we have to take risks in everything. govt. should do extensive research before implementing it openly. good point.
As far as i know there has not been a single case of bird flu in humans in india. However, mass chaos resulted when bird flu hit the poultry industry. This research might've resulted from that. So, i am not sure if they have tested it on humans... since there haven't been any cases.
US needs to intensify the outsourcing of the MEDICAL INDUSTRY AS WELL!!!
The defense system also tracks the shape of travel path of the object. My friend has worked on a similar thing. They specially work on differentiating between other flying object and missiles. This prevents them from shooting down a bird.
This is a kool Star Wars thing and pretty useful... unless you put explosives inside a bird...

The Ultimate Billion Dollar Tip:
"dont do it."
Seems like a great guy. Maybe we should start outsourcing mathematics.

so basically... this study is for people that think their computer might explode anytime and try to stay away from it, and not for nerds like us.
firefox crashing with vista... i am sure microsoft has a hand in this.
The study i would say is a failure and totally biased against firefox. It should be all "yes"s for firefox.
1) In firefox you cannot make "favorites buttons" but you can make "bookmark buttons" its the SAME THING!! i do it all the time...
2) Also, if you get the extension, you can make the browser remember all the tabs that were open on the last session. I HAVE DONE IT!!
3) There is an extension for searching torrent sites for firefox. i am sure after this study, an extension for bittorrent client is on the way...
In short, Firefox Rocks!!
sorry if i offended someone with the caps.

good to see somebody besides microsoft making some progress, it would be kooler to see them make money too.
We would be stuck in the stone age if we didnt do that. progress does take a long time and we gotta stick to it.
