I have no problems with kids experimenting with drugs (illegal or otherwise)...but they should at least educate themselves on how to stay safe.

In order for one to "care less" about a subject, they must first care about it somewhat. Saying "I could care less about... " does indeed imply, nay dictate, that there is some degree of care.
Shifting to neutral, steering, and braking in a coordinated fashion seems like a simple operation until you throw the iPod, cell phone, coffee cup, navigation unit, screaming kid, makeup, and stupidity into the equation.
This isn't even taking into account future upgrades to the human visual system, through cybernetics, gene therapy, or whatever.
Remember, we're talking ten years here, not one hundred. I don't think it's a safe bet to say we're going to have cybernetic improvements to the human visual system in ten years.
