    Refusing to believe in ridiculous creatures that no one else believes in is one thing, turning your back on something that the vast majority of your society believes in is quite another. The first doesn't require a conscious choice, the second does. Children have fear of god and punishment ground into them early

    Yes, there really is a code about that - not mixing high and low voltage in the same conduit.

    And for a damn good reason. The high voltage runs can induce a current in the low voltage runs. Even dismissing the safety issue, this isn't a good thing for your data communications.

    I just got my order of "super magnets" from United Nuclear in the mail yesterday. I bought a bunch of 1/4" spherical and 2 3/4" spherical magnets. They are ridiculously strong, and more dorky fun than should be allowed!!

    Be careful though...they are seriously strong. The 3/4" magnets are strong enough that I can place one on the palm of my hand and the other on the back of my hand and they hold tight! I can't imagine what some of the larger magnets are like to handle....
