My first car was a silver, 4 door-sedan, 5-speed stick, Mazda GLC. With all of the smog controls on cars in the 1980's it seemed like it didn't even have 87 HP. I bought it at 180,000 miles and sold it to a friend when it hit 225,000 miles. That thing was a tank! I think I even put some Slick 50 in it at one point. I liked the timing chain vs belt idea. However the head gasket blew once and my friend and I had to replace it in our apartment complex parking lot. That was a lot of work. Dam I enjoyed that car though! Now I have a couple Honda's that are 2008 and 2011 models (Pilot and Accord respectively). They're ultra reliable and have plenty of power, but seem pretty boring compared to the cars of the 80’s:-)
Long Presses can largely replace right-click, right? These new mobile phones are going to become huge gaming platforms over the next year or so.
I am anxious to get the Verizon Wireless iPhone 4 when it is released. I like some of the mobile games Epic is putting out. Does anybody know how the dual on-screen joypads work in FPS views when it comes to strafing? They are using one for movement and one for "looking". Maybe the "movement" joy pad doesn't turn you if you don't use the "look" joypad?
We had a lightning storm sweep through South Reno, Nevada last week. My AT&T DSL speeds went from 1.5 Mb to 300Kbps. I replaced the little filter/adapter that separates the normal phone line from the DSL router and my speeds went right back up to 1.5 Mb.
I know the BlackBerry Curve and Motorola Razr both use standard shaped USB ports. Although the Razr has some DRM to keep you from using non-approved charging sources.
EVE-Online is also alt-tab friendly. Both WoW and EVE got that right. I wish more games took that into consideration when playing in full-screen mode. For example, Entropia Universe will time-out and disconnect if you alt-tab for more than 30 seconds. However, if you leave the game up in full-screen mode it won't disconnect you until the idle timer is reached (about 5-10 minutes later).
That sums it up quite nicely. That paragraph nearly brought tears to my eyes. Too bad we are the backs, those soulless beings live off :-(

Agreed. Covered rear wheels are ugly. Or if the wheels are closer together in the rear than in the front. Other than that, it looks Ok.

Do I take it out or leave it in?

They are on their way to pricing themselves right out of the market. Just like Oracle.
+1 - Keep your vasectomy secret...and always use a condom!
I wish I had mod points +++
Any idea what the SPI of flying cars is?
Obligatory Flying Cars. (Is IBM still making a "different kind of software"?)
That's actually a very good idea and makes "scanning" much easier and faster. I do the same thing.
Agreed. I like it the best and it works great on XP.

What I really don't like is the 2 GB cap for new customers. Ugh :-(

I want to play this. Does anyone have a mirror for the game portion of the download here: https://docs.google.com/leaf?id=0B9e96aFfebqqZmY5NjBkYjctY2ViNi00NmJlLTgwZDAtNmU5OTQwYjc1OWQ0&hl=en

I love my girlfriend. I wish my wife did too.
Isn't that called burglarized?
I actually do the same thing. I think it would be cool if the USB dongle part of the wireless mouse had 8 Gigs or flash!
That kicks ass!! Great pun and gratz on 30,000,000!
Wow! Thank you for taking me back to 6th grade!! I loved that series!
Agreed! SciFi (SyFy - wtf!?) is imaginary stuff, mixed with a grain of truth, that *may* inspire someone to figure out a way to make it real.
We need some kind of bandoleer to hold cell-phones, remotes, tools, network adapters, etc... for those times when we don't have pockets.

I'd think if Eve hit menopause at 500, she probably didn't reach puberty until she was 80-100 years old (8%-10% through her life span).
