BeOS For Linux!

If your someone like me with a 400meg / dir. and BeOS untared is 500meg. What I did was Put be in/home/beos and ln -sf/home/beos beos in / dir. And it seems to work fine. The readme says you can put image.be on other partitions but it says nothing about symbolic link. Thats the only way i could get beos to boot.
BeOS for linux was out the same day it was for windows. it just doesnt say version 5. But it is. I was kind of fooled by the BeOS4linux.tar.gz i thought it was version 4 but it is actuall version 5. its just saing it FOR linux
well its not metalabs fault , its actually that the hourly update the permissions on the folder that it downloaded was wrong. but ftp://download.sourceforge.net/pub/mirrors/redhat/ redhat/redhat-6.2/iso/ has it
>shut up fool.:) w2k "requires" at least a pentium 400 anyway:) [WILD_LAUGHTER] no , i got a 100mhz 80meg ram box running win 2k.. it runs okay for windows..
I don't see how the psx2 can get any better than psx =) cept the fact they took off the i/o port on new psx , I called sony and asked why and they said "people were making 'non-licensed' things for the psx and that it can screw up the psx" now is it me or has anyone else had trouble with "pro action reply" with burnt games ? =)
well in win2k the BSOD doesnt come up as much , but when the BSOD does come it does a physcial ram dump , and you cant do anything BUT reset.. it turns off the harddrives etc , its like the/sbin/killall5 command =P
Well Most of linux software is open source.. I know I dont get any closed source apps , and I know alot of people dont , so it would be harder to make a virii for linux.
Mtv just wants ratings , I stoped watching it when head bangers ball went off the air i flip through the channels and MTV never plays music anymore it seems , its all shows. Get all these windows people all hyped up about hacking now thats just pathetic.
Qnx messed my stuff up! blah !.. I ran it reset got in QNX reset tried to boot redhat ( i dont use lilo , use boot disk) and it could not "touch" anything . So i used back up boot disk , same thing.. I used boot disk for old kernel , samw thing. I used rescue disk.. Same thing , I had to reinstall . BLAH!

ftp://releng4.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/snapshots/i3 86/4.0-20000608-STABLE/ thats -STABLE ?
Im just wondering i use FreeBSD 5.0-current and 4.0-release... and 4.0 is -stable so why would they come out with 3.5? Im a little confused..
Is this like a hp-ux emulator? the link didnt say much about it. And if it is will we be able to run hp-ux IE from microsoft?

concerdering a windows 2000 server user licence for 10 is $1,199 from microso~t.com's site
If windows does become open source some will come out with a new windows thats half the line of code and actuall stable.

mandrake 7 beta had 2.2.14 before it was released.. its weird how these distros get the kernel before its released

netscape 5.0 needs to hurry and come out because of the mem leaks in 4.xx for linux .
