Re:2045! Just in time...
It's not "reflexive racism" that is causing the downfall of Swedish culture, it's internal sexism.
When terrorism and rapidly rising sex crimes are discused, the new narrative is that those things "have nothing to do with immigration...[they are] just a man problem"
What will the future bring when terrorism is blamed on men as a whole in one of the most supposedly egalitarian countries in the world? That culture is tearing itself apart from within day by day.

Re: Didn't any of them have a gun?
“The only reason why any of us walked out of this thing, by the grace of God, one of the folks here had a weapon to fire back and give us a moment to find cover. We were inside the backstop and if we didn’t have that cover by a brave person who stood up and took a shot themselves, we would not have gotten out of there and every one of us would have been hit — every single one of us,” said Bishop. “He was coming around the fence line and he was looking for all of us who had found cover in different spots. But if we didn’t have return fire right there, he would have come up to each one of us and shot us point-blank.”
Was the person that Michigan Rep. Mike Bishop was referring to a cop, or a private citizen? The article doesn't specify.

The article doesn't specify if the "folks" that initially fired back were police. I'm not familiar with the Daily Wire, but this CBS story seems to corroborate Michigan Rep. Mike Bishop's quote.

Early reports say he first walked up to there, unarmed asking "Hey, are these republicans or democrats?"...
That quote is waay to politically charged to go uncited. So here it is: Rep. Ron DeSantis said he was asked, “Are those Republicans or Democrats out there practicing?”

Re:deploy this, and you arent a state anymore.
We guarantee the right to protest, not riot. If a group is rioting, the crowd must disperse immediately. This glorified RV is not the right solution, the right solution is to send out the national guard with orders to shoot rioters/looters. If you don't respect the rule of law, I have no respect for you or your position or your life.
The black lies matter cartel is directly responsible for the Dallas mass shooting that you reference and they are a bunch of lying race pimps who have been proven wrong at every turn and their only goal is to whip up emotion of the ignorant population they take advantage of (not the entire black population) for their own political advantage. Unfortunately, if you allow yourself to be ignorant and lied to, you expose yourself to this and further if you choose to riot and destroy others property, you should be harshly punished. If you fight with the police or disobey lawful orders, you may get shot. Stupidity and ignorance have consequences. The war on black men is waged by other black men (2245 blacks murdered by other blacks https://ucr.fbi.gov/crime-in-t... ) not police http://www.dailywire.com/news/...

False equivalence
And the outrage you had when the Obamas...
President Obama spent $85 million of taxpayer money on vacations in 8 years. A tidy sum but Trump is on pace to eclipse that total in less than a year. Trump has racked up north of $15 million in travel costs in two MONTHS. Spare me the bogus false equivalence.

Re:WTF
I'd love to see your cites and stats re "police standoffs gone wrong" in 2016.
According to the Washington Post, 963 people were killed last year in the U.S by police. I filtered that down to people that had guns, in order to kinda hit your 'standoff' thing, and got 518 people. I assume that if someone has been killed, then it's a standoff 'gone wrong', but I suppose there's no clear definition of what it means for a standoff to 'go wrong'. You might argue that if the bad guy got killed, maybe the standoff went right, so let's instead use the number of police killed in action. That's 46 officers for the year 2016, according to the BBC.
Now, how many people were killed by islamic terrorists in 2016 that arrived here by plane from one of the 'banned' countries?
It's none, isn't it? There were terrorist attacks for sure, but Omar Mateen was 'self-radicalised' and was from New York, Dahir Ahmed Adan was from Somali (the country is on the list), but he didn't kill anyone, Ahmad Khan Rahami was from Afganistan (not on the list) and didn't kill anyone, and Abdul Razak Ali Artan (also from Somali) also didn't kill anyone. Names from here.
So, you are more likely to be a police officer killed in the line of duty, than by a terrorist that's arrived from one of the banned countries.
Furthermore, as you no doubt very well know, Trump himself has publicly stated on more than one occasion that the ban is about religion. This is why it has been struck down in the courts, because there is no other basis for his choices. There's certainly no public safety basis, that's for sure.

Re:Your attitude is why Trump won the election.
Examples of Trump's corruption and evil abound. So why give him a free pass on that but not Hillary. At least she's competent and not hateful in every other way too.
I didn't say that I give Trump a free pass. I said that given a choice between putting my dick in a blender, and walking through door #2 - which has a picture of evil clowns on it...I choose door #2.
As for your notes about Hilary not being hateful...she's as racist as anyone. Watch her speak. http://www.dailywire.com/news/...
As for Hilary's competence...she didn't lose the election because she was corrupt, or scandal-ridden, or sexism, or fake news, or Russian hackers, or any of the other reasons her fans claim. She lost because she and her staff were incompetent. Despite all of those scandals, criminal misdeeds, and accusations, half the country turned out to vote for her. She lost because of a HUGE cascade of absolutely stupid decisions during her campaign.
Here's the interesting story about her campaign in Michigan: http://www.politico.com/story/...
Then there's the well-publicized blunder of the millions of dollars approved for transfer from Clinton’s campaign for use by the DNC — which, under a plan devised by Brazile to drum up urban turnout out of fear that Trump would win the popular vote while losing the electoral vote, got dumped into Chicago and New Orleans, far from anywhere that would have made a difference in the election. So she loses the electoral vote but wins the popular vote...which has only been a meaningful metric for news organizations, not for our political process.
You remember HilaryCare? The same Hilary-attempted Obamacare predecessor that was SO bad that it led to Republicans sweeping up elections the following year? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/...
How about WhiteWater?
Point being - she's as bad as he is. They're both bad. Terrible. They were both the absolute worst candidates. And their respective parties decided to put them out in front of us and tell us to choose between an egotistical, racist, incompetent twat and an egotistical, racist, incompetent twat.

Re: SWATing needs serious consequences
You might want to brush up on basic math and/or the facts you claim to know so well.
This is common knowledge so I assumed I didn't need to cite it, but here they are:
Fact 1: ~52% of all murders committed in the US between 1980 and 2008 were committed by blacks, the vast majority of these murders were committed by black men 15-40 years old. The percentage holds relatively steady over time.
Fact 2: 93% of black murderer victims are other blacks for the same time span.
Fact 3: Blacks are 14% of the population
http://www.dailywire.com/news/...
Or if you prefer the raw data: https://ucr.fbi.gov/crime-in-t...You appear to be attempting to conflate any one young black man's chance of committing a murder, which is absolutely irrelevant to the discussion and definitely not the statistic that I cited. I am talking about a problem that society needs to address, not a problem that should concern you in your everyday interactions with people on the street.
The odds of any one person you meet being a murder, averaged across all blacks, based on the stats is around 0.01%. But that is distributed across all blacks. Since ~90% of the homicides are committed by young black men and they are around 12M out of the total population of 46M blacks in the US, the percentage jumps to about 0.04% for black men 15-40 to be a murderer. On an daily interpersonal interaction, out of every 2500 black men you meet in this demographic, one will be a murderer statistically. This may seem small, but compare it with another minority population, the Asian risk rate is 0.0007%, or one young male murderer out of every 143,000 (due to a more even distribution). Whites and Hispanics both have about the same odds at 0.0017% or one out of every 14,700 young men you meet. Crunching the numbers means that a young black man is 5700% more likely to commit a murder than an Asian. Both are minorities without the cultural benefits of being white. Any way you read these statistics, a glaring societal problem is apparent, and the people who are suffering and getting murdered disproportionately are other blacks.

Re:Let's be clear on what we mean by election hack

Re: Fake News?
IANAL, but this is easy to find if you want to. Or you could watch something other than MSNBC and get real news.
18 U.S.C Sec. 793(f) of the federal code makes it unlawful to send or store classified information on personal/unsecured/unauthorized email
Section 1236.22 of the 2009 National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) requirements states that:
“Agencies that allow employees to send and receive official electronic mail messages using a system not operated by the agency must ensure that Federal records sent or received on such systems are preserved in the appropriate agency record keeping system.”
We now know based on other recipients that she deleted thousands of work related emails.
U.S. Code 798 – Disclosure of classified information
U.S. Code 1031 — Major fraud against the United States
U.S. Code 371 – Conspiracy to commit a federal offense
U.S. Code 1924 – Unauthorized removal and retention of classified documents or material
U.S. Code 2071(b) — Concealment, removal, or mutilation generally of subpoenaed evidence
U.S. Code 1346 — Definition of “scheme or artifice to defraud”
U.S. Code 641 – Public money, property or records
U.S. Code 1343 – Fraud by wire, radio or television
U.S. Code 1505 – Obstruction of proceedings before departments, agencies, and committees
U.S. Code 1519 — Destruction, alteration, or falsification of records in federal investigations
18 U.S. Code 793 — Gathering, transmitting or losing defense informationThere is probably more, but you get the idea. At the end of the day I expect that this will all come apart when the old, corrupt Loretta Lynch is out on her ass and the new attorney general appoints a special prosecutor and starts with the little fish around Clinton. Eventually enough of them will roll and she will be convicted of at least transmitting classified info on her servers and probably bribery (favors from State dept after $500k plus speaking fees to Billy), along with many counts of destruction of evidence, perjury before congress and conspiracy. And she knew exactly what she was doing. Both she and Bill are lawyers and he was the president FFS, they both knew the rules regarding classified information.

Re: Trump 2016!!!
1) Trump's threat of lawsuits because he doesn't like what some one is saying is a life style for him. Here's a start but certainly not all encompassing http://www.dailywire.com/news/...
This should be incredibly worrying coming from a President who has both chambers of Congress at his back.
2) I don't you think realize that BLM is a completely decentralized movement. Yes there are crazy people involved who just want to riot but the vast majority of their protests are perfectly peaceful and are just full of people who want to draw attention to the massive numbers of black men in this country who are dieing from violence. Just because Hillary has ties doesn't mean she endorses every single sub faction of the group.
3) If Trump treated his employees well he'd pay all of them. Furthermore, his habit of declaring bankruptcy (about 6 times I believe) and thus legally defrauding his investors for his own personal gain is rather worrying. He looks out for the people that looking out for works for him.

Re:How many of these "anti-Semites" are DNC plants
I could have sworn you said (and I quote): "sexual assault is rape"
What I said right next to that was: "Kissing, even if unwanted, is not sexual assault". Funny, you chose to completely ignore that.
Now, the "sexual assault is rape" bit was sarcasm. To turn a sexual assault into rape requires about as much (slightly less, actually) semantic-stretching as is needed to turn a kiss, however unwanted, into an assault. And battery — as a colleague of yours was doing yesterday.
Back to the basics — the point of mine you desperately try to ignore — is that neither of the two Presidential nominees have ever done it. There is not even a credible accusation, much less proof.
Intimidating witnesses and victims of rape — yes, of that Hillary Clinton, the women's champion, was rather credibly accused decades ago, and not once. Maybe, Democrats should concentrate on making her more likable, instead of worrying about Pepe.
-
Re:How many of these "anti-Semites" are DNC plants
Grabbing someone by the pussy would also qualify as sexual assault.
Maybe, but I was talking about kissing. But, whatever — neither of the two Presidential nominees have ever done it. There is not even a credible accusation, much less proof.

Re:The most most seriously needed LEO database
While it is true that there are a few officers that deserve jail time (and the do get it most of the time) 99.99% of the LEOs our there are the good guys. They go out every day with a target painted on their back to protect the rest of us for crap pay. I am fine if they want to make sure their neighbors/acquaintances/dates don't have drug or assault convictions. Using that information to blackmail is different, but just having the information is fine as long as they are responsible with it.
Regarding your post Pudding, with almost every recent, politically incendiary case of someone being shot and killed by police, after protesting, rioting, burning businesses and injuring other police, it ends up being cut and dried justified. In all of the shooting cases, they were doing something criminal or insanely stupid or both.
Chris Rock has the right idea, and it doesn't mater what color your skin is, don't do this shit:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?...The sad thing is that these days it is hard to tell the difference between a joke and real life.
In 2014, 14,300 people were murdered, while local police killed around 400 people, over 91% of which were easily and immediately justified (armed criminal either attacking or advancing on officers/threatening others, etc.) Another 4% are unclear and actively being investigated, and the remaining 5% were questionable. So roughly 36 shootings per year are questionable (not murder, just questionable, a few might be manslaughter, not murder which requires premeditation and malicious intent). There are roughly 800,000 officers, so any given year there are 0.0045% of officers involved in a questionable shooting (a microscopic minority). On the citizen side, your odds of being shot by police in a questionable shooting are ~1 in 8,000,000. Your odds of dying in a car accident (which we think are acceptably minimal) are 1 in 48,000 in the same year, or 16,667% higher. Unless you are a thug or criminal or act like one, you have nothing to fear from the police.
There might be one or two LEOs in the entire country who wake up in the morning thinking that they want to kill someone, but your odds of meeting them on the street are massively less likely than you dying in a car accident, and even then, with dash cams and body cams, as long as you don't act like a complete jackass, your interaction will probably still be safe.
In nearly all of the questionable shootings, the officer makes an error in judgement, out of fear for their own lives brought about by the suspect engaging in certain types of behavior that the vast majority would never do. Put yourself in their shoes. Your job is to catch the bad guy before he hurts innocent citizens, and you have some guy that you stopped for a minor offense and now he is acting very dangerous (putting hands in pockets, not obeying orders, being combative with you, etc.) You have no clue if he just murdered his girlfriend, has $5M in heroine in the trunk, is off his meds or is high out of his gourd. If he disobeys, your job is to subdue him, if he starts to run away, your job is to catch him. If he is not obeying orders and is putting his hands in places where a weapon might be concealed, you have a very reasonable fear for your life. So while not 100% of police shootings are justified, you are a sociopath if you can't at least empathize with the people in our society who put their lives in danger to protect us from the criminal element.
Here are some other facts to consider:
http://www.dailywire.com/news/... -
Re:Is Trump violent?
You're changing the subject from candidates to the actions of angry activists.
Nope. The "angry activists" were the subject of your post. If they can organize themselves into a mob sufficiently threatening to warrant cancelling a major campaign event in a major city, alluding to roughing them up may not be particularly outrageous.
Tempers always flare in a run-up to elections. But Conservatives, for better or worse, are always behind Democrats' "rank-and-file" in violence (and you better pray, we stay that way). Heck, absent Conservatives to beat up, Democrats some times attack other Democrats. In this recent incident in Cleveland, for example, KKK, BLM, and Westboro Baptist "Church" — three Democratic Party outfits — have been reported as throwing urine at each other!
I know BLM can get out of hand some times but to hear you talk about them it sounds like they're part of some super conspiracy
They certainly are a conspiracy, though, of course, not the "civilization-ending" kind. 70% of the protesters arrested in Charlotte, for example, were from other states — somebody organized them and paid their travel (and lodging) expenses.
Probably, the same body, that fanned the Ferguson killing of a thug trying to get to policeman's gun beyond all proportion — and popularized the "Hands up don't shoot" lie . Now, has Hillary Clinton been behind it? Maybe not. But she certainly did try to earn the thugs' support by soliciting endorsement of the deceased thug's mother.

This bathroom law, just like any other law will only come into play when there is a complaint or obvious infraction which would likely cause a complaint. Birth certificates can have their gender changed in all 50 states so someone actually doing the change are unaffected after the change.
What would happen is someone would complain about some pervert in the bathroom. They would investigate and if in the correct bathroom sent about their way. It is only meant to stop perverts from preying on people in areas they should be safe from this shit.
And yes.
.. it has already happened in several places where a pervert claimed to identify as a female in order to get into a women's restroom. -

After indictment there will be conviction
I suppose, since the pardon, should it be necessary to use, has already been drawn up. An indictment won't last all of five seconds.
I'm pretty sure, a pardon can not be issued before conviction (and sentencing) — quite a bit more seconds will last between a indictment and that.
In fact, one suspects, Obama is throttling the FBI now to ensure, the conviction happens after the President's time in office so that he wouldn't be in the unfortunate position of having — out of party collegiality — to pardon a crook she despises.
