Liberals are baby killers
Northam suggested in a proposed law in VA that at birth a woman could say she wanted an abortion, they would give birth, make sure the baby was comfortable, and if the woman still wanted an abortion they would kill it.
Not sure why you liberals have such a fucking hard on for killing babies, but you are deranged.
Video of him saying itGo ahead call me a liar you fucking baby killer.

The original story...
https://www.blueletterbible.or... John 1:1 KJV - In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
...is still better than anything written by mankind, before or since. If any of you would be interested in a good overall introduction to the Bible, I can't recommend Dr. Chuck Missler's work highly enough for "nerds"--> https://www.youtube.com/playli...
He comes from an Information Technology background, and presents some insight into the authenticity of the Bible that I had not seen in my 35+ years of study. He doesn't "preach", he just teaches according to what he has found over many decades of Bible study. Could be the best 24 hours you'll ever invest in anything in your life.... -
Re:I can't even do 10 but I'm healthy as a horse
It's been a couple of years. I used to go off road on a mountain bike pretty regularly, but I got rid of the bike when I moved across the country and haven't replaced it.
This was probably my favorite ride:
https://www.singletracks.com/b...
https://www.youtube.com/watch?...
I used to spend a lot of time cycling off trail on a hardtail while towing a trailer packed with 80 lbs of child and 120 lbs of camping gear pretty regularly. That'll make you puke your guts out if you're not ready for it.
I find racing bikes kind of boring.

Re: From the 'No sh*t, Sherlock' department
I have found an article in the Sydney Morning Herald that covers a lot of ground.
Allow me to quote some parts of a well-written story:
Cardiologist Andre La Gerche, a marathon runner, is conducting long-term research into endurance sport and heart health, says "endurance athletes are somewhere between 2 per cent and 5 per cent more likely than the general population to develop heart problems. Yet there is no evidence that years of endurance exercise will shorten your life." He wants to reconcile such findings. My favourite quote is from Dr James O'Keefe, a cardiologist who authored a paper titled Potential Adverse Cardiovascular Events from Excessive Exercise, who said "It's not survival of the fittest, but survival of the moderately fit". He has a TED talk.
Quick summary: there's a lot we don't know. Research is continuing. Genetics may play a part in whether or not you drop dead on the running track or not. All things in moderation.

Re:Fuck you you stalking little cunt... apk
JOOgle jews stalking and impersonating APK again? Khazar Talmudic Jews believe this of all they call goyim/gentiles (any non-jew): Jews = biggest racists of all for which they "jew guilt" you for no less! They're hypocrites known as thieves all thru history or were Argentines in the 1940 under Peron, Spanish inquistion, France (1306), Egypt (despoiled/robbed by jews), Arabs (pre & post 1948), England (1330 Edward longshanks), Romans under titus, Russia pogroms and Germany who got rid of them from their nations nazi german's too? No. Driven into DESERTS ages ago! Don't wonder why after all those exilings above.
Should anyone doubt any of this see Jacob Javits' crony Rosenthal spill the beans on it https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D4zMVZ8HnFI/ where he called all Christianity fools for helping Israel and the biggest scam of all time per their beliefs below from their Talmud.
This is the province of the synagogue of Satan (Pharisees whom Jesus Christ himself kicked to the curb out of the temple & they killed him for it. Jeremiah did the same to them also + the Essenes could not stand them either breaking away from the pharisee corruption):
Jew Talmud excerpts (the book that calls Christ's mother a whore & a bastard of a roman soldier):
1. Sanhedrin 59a: "Murdering Goyim is like killing a wild animal."
2. Abodah Zara 26b: "Even the best of the Gentiles should be killed."
3. Sanhedrin 59a: "A goy (Gentile) who pries into The Law (Talmud) is guilty of death."
4. Yebhamoth 11b: "Sexual intercourse with a little girl is permitted if she is three years of age."
5. Schabouth Hag. 6d: "Jews may swear falsely by use of subterfuge wording."
6. Hilkkoth Akum X1: "Do not save Goyim in danger of death."
7. Hilkkoth Akum X1: "Show no mercy to the Goyim."
8. Choschen Hamm 388, 15: "If it can be proven that someone has given the money of Israelites to the Goyim, a way must be found after prudent consideration to wipe him off the face of the earth."
9. Choschen Hamm 266,1: "A Jew may keep anything he finds which belongs to the Akum (Gentile). For he who returns lost property (to Gentiles) sins against the Law by increasing the power of the transgressors of the Law. It is praiseworthy, however, to return lost property if it is done to honor the name of God, namely, if by so doing, Christians will praise the Jews and look upon them as honorable people."
10. Szaaloth-Utszabot, The Book of Jore Dia 17: "A Jew should and must make a false oath when the Goyim asks if our books contain anything against them."
11. Baba Necia 114, 6: "The Jews are human beings, but the nations of the world are not human beings but beasts."
12. Simeon Haddarsen, fol. 56-D: "When the Messiah comes every Jew will have 2800 slaves."
13. Nidrasch Talpioth, p. 225-L: "Jehovah created the non-Jew in human form so that the Jew would not have to be served by beasts. The non-Jew is consequently an animal in human form, and condemned to serve the Jew day and night."
14. Aboda Sarah 37a: "A Gentile girl who is three years old can be violated."
15. Gad. Shas. 2:2: "A Jew may violate but not marry a non-Jewish girl."
16. Tosefta. Aboda Zara B, 5: "If a goy kills a goy or a Jew, he is responsible; but if a Jew kills a goy, he is NOT responsible."
17. Schulchan Aruch, Choszen Hamiszpat 388: "It is permitted to kill a Jewish denunciator everywhere. It is permitted to kill him even before he denounces."
18. Schulchan Aruch, Choszen Hamiszpat 348: "All property of other nations belongs to the Jewish nation, which, consequently, is entitled to seize upon it without any scruples."
19. Tosefta, Abda Zara VIII, 5: "How to interpret the word 'robbery.' A goy is forbidden to steal, rob, or take women slaves, etc., from a goy or from a Jew. But a Jew is NOT forbidden to do all this to a goy."
20. Seph. Jp., 92, 1: "God has given the Jews power over the possessions and blood of

Reminds me of the phone book joke
A lecturer asks students to learn the phone book by heart.
The physics students ask: "Why?"
The medicine students ask: "Until when?"There's a longer version, but you get the point. Apparently some of these "hard interviews" are just testing how fast you can cram irrelevant knowledge into your head every sane person would look up when they need it. That someone knows how to write down a quick sort algorithm in c with every semicolon in the right place doesn't mean they know when best to use it.
And now for something completely different:

Re:That sounds like a compliment!
It reminds me of when Kevin Smith made Dogma, which received similar backlash from Christian groups. Smith actually went out to one of the protests( which wasn't very large) and joined in with them, which was caught on film by a news crew covering it.
Comic sales are in the tank and I don't think Christians are the main customer base for DC. If anything, the extra attention would just drum up sales for the first issue because people would buy it just to spite the holier than thou religious types. -
Reminds me of the film Hamlet 2
It's a film I really enjoyed.
It's about a high school theater production where Jesus comes back but has to be cool and he time travels to save characters from Hamlet. Super well made (it's a movie with an actual musical at the end).

No, he's weaponized information
especially disinformation.
Putin is not a friend of the free press. If he releases information it's solely to benefit himself at the expense of his enemies. This means the information he has released is likely to be incomplete. It will be missing anything that shows his administration in a negative light.
Go watch John Oliver's latest Brexit Video. It's terrifying how many people were just casually manipulated by the propaganda and are now realizing how screwed they'll be. The guy selling flowers who's business will cease to be if Brexit happens sticks out.
This isn't to say you oppose or hide from the truth. But it means you have to be very, very careful with your sources of information, even if that information is, ostensibly, true. Like Homer Simpson said: "You can use facts to prove anything that is even remotely true". The word that makes that line more than a joke is "remotely". It's called stretching the truth. -
Activision had record profits
Battlefield V sold 7.3 million copies. Far Cry 5 was the best selling game in the franchise.
These companies are doing insanely great. But it's never enough. If you grew 600% last year you better grow 700% this year.
It's a symptom of a larger structural problems with our economy. Like Payless Shoes and Toys R US. It's why we're about to go into a (completely avoidable) recession... -

Re:Is this a good thing or a bad thing?
Of course flat earthers are wrong. Flat is a two dimensional concept and we clearly do not live in Flatland. Flat Earthers need to change their name to Square Earthers.

Re:Is this a good thing or a bad thing?
Yes, it matters.
I recommend watching the documentary "Behind The Curve" on Netflix. I watch it last night and it was a real eye-opener.
In the last few years, Flat Earthers have gone from being a joke to something that a lot of people take very, very seriously. These people go hand-in-hand with anti-vaxxers, climate change deniers and creationists as part of a new wave of "Anti-Intellectualism".
Flat Earthers want Flat Earth theory to be taught in schools. That statement alone should be enough to make you realize that this has now gone beyond a joke and is something that should be vehimintly denied. The problem is that Flat Earthers are impossible to reason with. They keep saying "there is no scientific proof for a round earth", but if you try to present any sort of proof they completely dismiss it. Some of them even tried to do their own experiments to prove the earth was flat and (surprise, surprise) the experiments instead showed that the earth was round. This then just leads them to believe that their experiment is flawed in someway. They are completely unwilling to take on board any facts that disprove the flat earth theory.
The funny thing is, Mark Sargent (the "King" of the Flat Earthers) says that you should "question everything". Yet these people are completely unwilling to question their own theory.

Pffft Only one country?
At a defcon talk in 2014 (talk slides) they scanned the whole IPv4 space live, looking for VNC instances. At least, anything that responded to a SYN packet.
Then they took a couple months to connect to each VNC instance, if no password was required, grab a screen shot.
Leading to a series of talks of things that shouldn't be on the internet.

Re:Treat OSS as infrastructure
The moment you start creating some form of royalties and owe the people who wrote it something you'll have all sorts of crazy fights for control and who actually contributed, like do you want to distribute it by lines of code? Does it go back to every author in the tree?
Yes, there is a licence where licence fees are propagated back to every package in the fork tree. There can also be a negotiated and registered share given to each developer within a package.

Amazon got a 10% discount on projected taxes - paying $27BN in taxes instead of $30BN, but the Economics major from Long Island, Notorious A.O.C. Didn't understand that, and thought the state was paying Amazon $3BN, rather than Amazon paying $27BN over the next ten years.

Port Arthur, Texas ...
... and the refineries ca. 1903 and forward.
Texaco, Gulf Oil, Mobil Oil, Shell,
...Port Arthur is the place the injection would go if Texas got an enema. Janice Joplin thought so.
I just had to get out on the Texas plane, Lord, well it was bringing me down Yeah, I had to get out of Texas, baby, Lord, it was bringing me down I been all around the world, but Port Arthur is the worst place that I've ever found I guess they couldn't understand it there, honey, they'd laugh me off the street! Lord, I guess they couldn't understand me, baby, honey, they'd laugh, I said they'd laugh me right off the street, yeah I said I want to keep on moving, baby, be the last person I ever wanna meet Yeah, yeah, yeah, honey ain't it hard when you're all alone Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, honey ain't it hard, Lord, when you're all alone I might die real old lady, but I'd never call Texas my home, no, no, no, oh!
I worked at Texaco 7 (1974 - 1981) years as a journeyman instrumentman.
I asked the guys there, "Where's the goddam golden statue of the fucking mayor?" I told them "There must be a gold statue somewhere because Port Arthur is poor as dirt and has billions of fucking dollars flowing in and out of the port. Where's the prosperity? Why is Port Arthur such a fucking violent racist impoverished piece of shit?"
They said the refineries often threatened to leave (as if they would take the tanks and towers anywhere) if the city taxed them. The plant managers and suits didn't live in Port Arthur. They commuted from Houston and Dallas. The money never landed in Port Arthur.
Nowadays, the Saudis own the whole goddam town and the buildings are painted with murals in a pitiful attempt by the downtowners to revitalize.
Saudis take 100% control of America's largest oil refinery
I'm an area photographer and I won't go to Port Arthur in the daytime.

Stupid chart
So this Japanese Top-100 chart decided to include YouTube a few years ago. But the way they implemented it, it does not count any "official" channels, just it looks for what is called "International Standard Recording Code" on any video, which means if you embed a song somewhere in your video and your video goes viral, the song appears on the Top-100, regardless of how you used it / what percentage of your video the song accounts for.
Quite silly process really, but it is mostly harmless, I mean some weird things appear on the Top-100, big deal.
Anyway, in this case youtube was promoting a sort of reality boxing series that featured this song often.
