  1. Eons ago, during a period where I was on the market, I tried making an eHarmony account. They rejected/banned me right off the bat without explaining why. Something about the answers I gave during the lengthy profile creation process caused them to give up on me with no explanation, and no recourse.

I was told once that if you are a godless heathen then they will refuse to create your profile.
I am not saying that is why they rejected you, but it might be.
For the record, I personally identify as a recovering Catholic, and a godless heathen.

Now you know DNS-and-Bind only applies this reasoning to conservative, right-wing, individuals, who are properly deserving of a complete exoneration in all circumstances because any and all complaints about their malfeasance are clearly and solely manufactured deceits from the vile and dishonest left-wing traitors who hate America.

We know this is true, because of DNS-and-Bind's support for Roy Moore himself. DNS-and-Bind reasons that Moore's edifice to the Ten Commandments is a sacred object, and if it were in any way at all possibly offensive to God, then surely he would have been struck down. Instead? He will be elected to the highest of offices with the full and complete support of all right-thinking Alabamians. And also Donald Trump. Would God let a man be so prosperous and wealthy if he were not righteous and just? Of course not! No way about it. Thus it is the will of the Almighty that he rule us with his divine right! It is the mandate of Heaven.

Now bow down and show your obeisance, you godless heathen AmiMoJo, you are clearly contemptible, but if you grovel sufficiently, it is possible the infinite Mercy will spare you the eternal damnation you so richly deserve.

Did you ever notice that in the capitalist "free" market first world that people are never satisfied? No matter how much technology progresses we are never happy. We cannot be. The greatest enemy of the system is contentment. Being ok with what you have means you need no more. "The Lord is my Shepard, I shall not want." You see, this means that when the Lord is your Shepard, you shall not be in want - you shall be content. "Thou shall not covet your neighbor's ass..." do not lust after what belongs to your neighbor. "One cannot love God and Money, he must hate one and love the other". The lust for money is a lust for power for what good is money except for influence over another who shares insatiable desire? Our whole world is fueled by this discontent, this insatiable want that no matter how much we have, its never enough. We have become godless idolators who live to collect more and more until ultimately we die. Another wasted life. Do we not know that we are on the road to destruction? Do we not know that all the great kingdoms before us, Rome, Spain, Great Britain, Athens and others like them all fell for the same reasons? The lust for comfort makes a man weak. There is a reason why it works that way. Find that reason and you'll find the truth.

  13. "Devil's Advocate" in Elon's cannonization hearing by Latent+Heat on Tesla Posts Biggest Quarterly Loss, Slashes Production of Model X and Model S (yahoo.com) · · Score: 1

Sometimes you need what the Vatican called a "Devil's advocate" when considering whether to venerate person as a saint.

Heaven knows that the late Christopher Hitchens was "one step above a stalker" of Anjezë Bojaxhiu https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/....

On the other hand, Mother Teresa became an object of unquestioning cult veneration while living and after her passing. Her personal sacrifice, her willingness to work with the sickest of the sick among the poorest of the poor, what saintliness. "Mother Teresa" becomes a throw-away line in a Sunday sermon.

Maybe, just maybe, this saintly lady had her own obsessions. She was running a hospice, after all, but maybe her practice could have made better use of pain-relief medication rather than having end-stage cancer patients in agony, telling them that their suffering is a virtuous imitation of Christ?

So why do I "believe" the godless Mr. Hitchens instead of Catholic Christian believers regarding Mother Teresa? Maybe I have heard many accounts as well as experienced for myself where belief becomes an ideology not properly tempered by common sense? Don't tell that patient that their indescribable pain is making them go to Heaven, give them some morphine, please! Yes, Mr. Hitchens may have been crazy to doubt Mother Teresa's goodness, but there is that trope that crazy people sometimes utter truths, not just that, warnings one ought to heed.

So what is so wrong about "making her a saint." For all of Hitch's knocks, Mother Teresa is in Heaven for all I am able to know and for all I am permitted to judge. On the other hand, the rush-to-sainthood on her, in light of suppressing her human frailties, weakens the moral authority of the Vatican with respect to its role in steering others towards becoming unheralded saints. I am told the Vatican cut corners in this process (like Elon getting his Model 3 line running?) by leaving out the Devil's advocate.

OK, I have played out the analogy of Missionaries of Charities to a car, but one can get the idea. Father Elon is shepherding us towards our de-carbonized transportation Future, but there is an Amen Corner of supporters who cannot admit to any of his shortcomings. Do you think that the Niedermeyers (and Hitchens) are doing a service in that their absence, there will be no questioning taking place?

Yes. separation of church and state in the west was implemented first by Christians. and before that Christians did not have a separation of Church and state. That was my point.

There are countries like this and like that. Homosexuality was illegal in Germany till mis 1980s. When were the relevant laws in the US removed?

You are constantly mixing up social development with religion. Both are two different things. Islam does not forbid homosexuality, Some islamic countries however might. But you mix it up constantly and blame islam. Instead of blaming the not working democracy or tyrannic oppression of the king or what ever.

I see no difference if the catholic church influences a democratic state to make homosexuality illegal versus an islamic imam influencing his society doing so.

The countries we are talking about, just take all of those with a majourity of islamic religion: they would be exactly the same if they would be christian or had any other religion! Because they are simply just 150 - 300 years out of the middle ages. They simply are few hundred years in mental/social development behind. When the Shah came back to Iran in the 1950s, the country was on the exact same level as in the year 500, except for a few hundred cars in Teheran.

The problems there are social, humanistic of nature and not of religion nature. Claiming otherwise only shows that you have no clue about religions. Or history.

I said liberal democracy is simply not compatible with Islam. Democracy that violates the rights of minorities and that violates individual liberties, is, of course, compatible with Islam.
Yeah, and where in the Quoran is that written? Hu? That is your _idiotic_ opinion, and not a fact that comes from any interpretation of the religion.

Atheism is illegal in several of those countries That was true all over in Europe under christian reign, too! Worse than a Pagan is a godless person as he is the true vessel of demons/satan ... and much harder to convert.

So all your arguments like: but look, there homosexuality is banned, there atheism is banned all that: has nothing too do with the religion called Islam.

It has to do with power! People and structures that have power don't want to lose it. This are partly imams and partly nobility. Partly terrorists groups payed by men in the back.

And instead of polluting your readers minds with the hate of your ignorance: I suggest to visit such countries and look for your self. Or check youtube and watch some documentaries. E.g. Morocco/Marocco ... how ever they mostly speak french there ;)
