    Exactly what I did under similar circumstances. My business in still fledgling, but new clients every day. Still keeping my eye out, but there certainly seems to be lots of people fighting over the same jobs, and salary offers aren't what you'd expect. I'd love to see a tech surge.

    That's too much shit running for me, though I agree with you - no one scanner is God's answer... I gave up and just do good backups and run MSE. I've implemented a Don't Click That policy with my wife and 2 kids, so far I've dodged the bullet.

    Remember when "speed dial" was back-dialing the dial as fast as you could to be able to complete the dialing process in less that 30 seconds? I keep a corded landline in the basement for emergencies. Self-powered and all.

    I'll say this... when you deactivate your account and then sign back on months later, all your data is intact, as it was when you tried to quit...... I think this all comes down to the EULA at signup.... but I'm sure as hell not going to read it for this article...... Any takers?

    This is big. This will be the very first appellate scrutiny. By staying all lower court proceedings until the appeal is decided, the Court signalled that it's taking this very very seriously.

    If they are looking into it at all, wouldn't it be a prudent move to stay the lower courts anyway? Just curious.

    While I agree that non lethal means should be used as a first line of defence, it wouldn't take much effort to properly train a person in the safe & accurate use of a firearm. A two way range is an excellent deterrent. But I'd be more inclined to hire an armed security crew of 2-3 guys to deter the pirates. Whats a few grand next to a couple million?
