And for those of you who are making all of the croc meat jokes, keep in mind that croc meat is tough, stringy, and lacking in flavor compared to other meats. Alligator meat from Louisana is darn good eats.
Their legs can be treated like Buffalo Wings, very tasty.
The tail is the most popular part, as thats used much like chicken tenders. Most people enjoy fried gator tail. You can go back further up on its back, for the tenderloin, but not as good.
Last part I've tried is the ribs. Very similar to baby back ribs, its a white meat, no question about it when eating the ribs. Yes, the amount of meat to bone isn't all that good, but its good enough to enjoy a slow smoking.
Alligator really is the other other white meat, and one of my favourites.
That someone can be famous in the 21st century for being an "advocate of Darwin's evolutionary theory". I agree its sad, I totally agree. This should be common knowledge by now, but at least he's trying. I hope in another 100 years this would be comparable to someone being famous for being able to tie their shoes.
I don't think he's famous for being an Atheist, he's famous for being a rational thinker. How he goes after the irrational is the most important part of his fame, its just Religion gets hyped up due to the constant irrationality of it.
Thimerasol includes Mercury in the way that Water includes Hydrogen.
The link to autism has never been there, every study has shown it. Its time to spend money looking for the real culprit and not blaming vaccines.
A more likely route is look at the age of the fathers, there seems to be evidence pointing to parental age having to be a likely cause of autism rates rising (that and the mass over diagnosis, and more mental illnesses being classified as Autism.)
This is not a simple issue. And the mercury = autism people are just trying to make it easier, and instead make it harder for everyone.
This little nugget can't be understated. Irrational fear mongering has caused a lot of problems. The bad news is even after all the research showing there is no link, we won't get it back, so we have to keep looking for other methods (that maybe more dangerous and/or costly.)
I had never thought about looking at one of these registries before. I'm very very against it.
So I looked up my zipcode for the Texas version. Huge list comes up, I start scrolling, looking for any familiar looking addresses. There we go, near the bottom, one just 3 houses down from me. "Offense: 36010001 Indecency w/child Sexual Contact"
No matter to me. He's 3 houses down, on probation, which means to me the law has done what is right with him (and at 62 years old, probably done more than enough.) I hope no one bothers this "gentleman."
All I know is, my life will continue as normal even knowing he's there. Guess I don't have vigilante in my blood stream.
My problem with nuclear is the waste. I am confident that it is possible to run a power plant without any major risk of disaster with modern technology. The waste however is incredibly toxic. We are not talking "rising temperature may be caused by humans and lead to an increase in water levels". It is deadly. Also, there is no permanent storage facility anywhere on the planet. Noone has designed such a thing yet. That problem must be solved before we even consider building more nuclear facilities.
I presume you don't like reading. As if you've read any of the previous posts, are anything at all. You'd know that long term storage was solved over 30 years ago. Its by reprocessing the waste to insignificant amounts.
The waste can then be encapsulated in glass, loaded into steel/concrete blocks and safely stored for thousands of years.
Oh, and the amount of waste in that block? Due to reprocessing it will take years to fill it. Currently all of our nuclear waste would fit in a single football field. With reprocessing it won't even fill your server closet.
Join the 20th century, and stop putting more pollution into the air because you're afraid to dirty up a very small piece of land (heck, in Canada they safely store the waste on site, by drilling way deep, and putting them in those containers.)
And don't say... what if they leak. You've never seen how these things work. You have no idea (seeing that you've ignored everything) how thorough the research has been. How much testing has been done.
2nd grade, art class. We got to go to the computer lab, with some Apple computers and learned about Logo and basic geometry. Was my first time ever on a computer, and boy was I hooked. We were supposed to make art in there (pretty coloured circles and such) yet I spent all my time in those classes trying to draw an airplane.
It was pathetic, it was awful looking, it got me hooked into math and computers for life:)
Seeing that, and looking at most other taser abuses. You can see only one similarity.
They use the threat of tasering to coerce a response, they follow through with the taser till they're satisfied (not till the person is compliant.) This is torture, and not what the Taser was meant for, but in the US, thats what it is now.
I do like how you skip the costs of all the cars, insurance, gas that each person spends on said highway. Or the overall cost from environmental damage from a 6 lane highway and said motor vehicles.
Or the amount of lives lost annually.
Add those into your mix, then compare and contrast. The reason why rail can be more expensive is because how much it saves.
EchoStar went on a case by case basis for C-Band dealers to become Dish dealers. They had huge problems with their first set of dealers. Selling people receivers for $2k+, a week later seeing ads for the same equipment for $200.
So the consumers started attacking EchoStar for being ripped off by dealers, after that EchoStar decided that they would prefer selling via large distributors our by themselves.
The BUD dealers killed themselves by turning the business into car sales, where the money was more from treating it like cell phones.
This is a consumer multi-phased array dish. A flat dish that doesn't need aimed. Navy uses them but they're massive, this is tiny by comparison. You're looking at a very happy RV/Bus market where the $2000 cost isn't bad. In five years the price will drop down so that it can be used on a house rooftop at the same price of a nice dual-lnbf dish.
No more placing 2 dishes on a roof to get signals from 2 different satellite orbits, just one flat tile that blends in with your fiberglass shingle roof.

Hey it was that post that brought me here originally. I remember back then, I actually spent time trying to explain how you can buy a new mouse, bet yet it didn't help, and the Taco rolls on.
My wife was also someone who dislikes the diamond cartel. So we found a beautiful stone that really looks good on her. Spent the money on a good setting, and then had 2 diamond flakes (.25 pt) added for accents and distraction to friends. Heck those flecks could be made by black and decker for all I know/care. The center stone was gorgeous, more personal and a huge savings on money (has resale, the main poster is right, Diamonds are worth nothing.)
Would I trust him, of course. And I haven't seen him in 3 years. Charlie is an honest person, and thats why he does so well. He also hides that he isn't really the "little" guy. All the talk about taking a satelite shop with on dish up to a huge corporation is just the truth being stretched. He was an executive at Coke before that, a pretty good one from what I heard.
And yes, what it says about bearded hippie Linux people is correct, but only half the staff is Linux, the other half is MS and charlie treats them the same.
Smart man, good gambler, filthly rich. And has beaten the odds time and again. You're right lets hate him for succeding.
You may not want this, but for many Web Applications its important. And like most things Mozilla you should then be able to check a box so that the page can't do this, or prompt you if its trying.
Mozilla isn't about limiting choice because one user doesn't like this, its about giving you choice, the one things we all want.

I think you underestimate the power of Dawkins.

No it wasn't. It was the consensus of fear mongering anti-vacationists.
It was a weak Hypothesis that has hurt the health of this nation by taking it serious.

10 years visiting this site.
Yet, I still haven't found a life.

Oh dear, you didn't use canned salmon.
Carefull there. Taco's a Townshend fiend, you may lose your account bad mouthing him ;)
I'm guessing getting all the hair salons to chip in a gallon or two won't help here will it. Worth a shot I guess.
I look forward to the first web brower implimented using this CGI Shell :)

Alas poor Galikeo, we barely knew you. You shall be missed. I only wish there was someway for us to talk you out of this. To each probe there own.
